So happy to see this man back where he belongs,
Like a girl following her favourite boy band who just broke up, I was gutted each and every time he left millwall.
I see a big difference in his interviews in the last 2 years,
He's so much more confident in his words and means what he says.
Be great to see what he can actually do and how far he can go with a real good squad one day.
His die hard under dog attitude in play always suited teams that lacked that skill factor.
He may not have a great track record for bringing in players or arranging a squad, but one thing he does know is how to win games he shouldn't of.
I've no doubt that hard work on the feild mentality came from his days with us under Keith Stevens at millwall.
Millwall have always been a poor club in economical teams and always lacked skill and ability but majority of our games won each season is solely down to hard work and determination and we have been like that from day 1, Harris has that millwall mentality and always will.

He apologises a lot. Millwall thrived when he left. Cardiff improved when he left. He relegated Gillingham

Steve Evans relegated Gillingham, we were 10 points adrift when Harris took over and at one point were 4 points clear of the drop zone.

He took Millwall up and built the foundations of the team there now.
I think he will take Gillingham back up, too.

He saved us from going down. Took us to an average Championship team in gis first two seasons as a manger. And as said, built the foundations of what we now have🤷🏻‍♂️

He started off for Cardiff being one of our better managers but could be argued Tomlin and Mendez-Laing were a big part of that. However it all fell apart the season after in spite of signing some decent players

Sorry I'm late to this but we've not thrived since Neil left cardiff and millwall haven't thrived much and he tried his best at Gillingham
