What ticks me off is that the package doesn't give you any info about what the phone does. Going online to research it, forget about it. There's positive and negative reviews. The last phone I had wouldn't let me edit photos or screenshots. I didn't see that in any reviews.

I just went through the same kind of bullshit. 4 DAYS of going to 6 stores to resolve a problem! I got so frustrated that because I still had a warranty on my 3-month-old phone that went totally bonkers, I told the last store associate what I'd been through and that I just wanted a new one. I was told that my old one had a virus. How would I have known? These phone companies don't provide COMPLETE USER MANUALS to enable owners to resolve their own phone problems, which is another issue for another day. No, they want your phone to get so screwed up just to hope you'll get so fed up that you'll buy an upgraded model. SMH!!!
