Hi friends, Here are a few tips for this recipe. 1) Make sure you stir the chia seeds properly after adding milk and mix it again after 10 minutes to get rid of all the lumps. 2) I like to prepare the chia seeds the night before and add the toppings the next day. 3) You could replace strawberries with raspberries. great recipes, saves all :) only this yellow dried apricot is not good, it contains a lot of sulfur, so it has such a color. if you want to add a dried apricot, use it dried in the sun. it has a brown color, but it is very good :)
Thanks for your comments. I have dark brown ones at home. They taste a lot better, but not very photogenic :P I didn't know they add sulfur in the bright orange ones though. Thanks for the info! :)
