I hope Sany America makes you a key spokeswoman for their entire product line, i use your videos🤩 in most of my sales here in Canada, keep up the great work Liz and Wyatt!
Always enjoy when someone can present information without reading from a teleprompter. No one enjoys being read to. Fantastic job. You have a real talent. I’ll be purchasing the SY35U in about 60 days. I can do everything I need to with that machine. I wish you were in San Antonio TX area. I’d give you my business for sure.
Thank you for such a kind comment!! We really appreciate you reaching out and letting us know your thoughts on the video. The 35 is a fantastic machine - please keep us in the loop on how it performs for you and your jobsites! We would love to work with you if you were in our area, but I’m sure the San Antonio dealer will serve you well. If there is anything we can do to support, always feel free to reach out! And thank you again! - Liz
I’m so happy this video was helpful for your decision making process, Ryan! I’d be happy to get you connected to the nearest SANY dealer in your area if you would like. Thank you for following along and for the comment, friend! Please let me know how else we can support! - Liz
Wyatt, I appreciate his videos very much. I show my customer your videos. Wyatt, if you could speak a little more slowly and enunciate words, that would be very helpful for my customer. I appreciate Liz very much. Great comparison. Thank you guys!
Thank you so much for your comment, Coco! We are so glad our videos can support you and your customers. We appreciate you following along and love to have you as part of the Newman Tractor crew!
On a SY16- is the aux hydraulic control via a foot control or a hand control? The Bobcat E20 has a nice little switch on the hand control to activate things like a hydraulic thumb etc. thanks.
Hey GroundLevel! The aux hydraulic control is hand control via a thumb slider on the end of the joystick. The swing boom, however, is operated by your foot. Let us know if you have any other questions!
@ thank you! I appreciate the reply. Can you get a hydraulic thumb on the SY16 that is pinned through the bottom of the dipper arm just like the bigger Sany machines have their thumbs?
@@GroundLevelQLD We put pin thumbs on our SY16Cs, which means the main pin at the bottom of the stick is the pin that the thumb is mounted on. They are more stable than weld on thumbs and they're also wider which will support your load better. They also have a less chance of bending if you accidentally side load it. You might be able to see it up close at 3:00 in the video. Hope this answers your question!
@@GroundLevelQLD We’ve got a few SY16C listings that have buckets and thumbs installed in the photos on our website, check it out! www.newmantractor.com/equipment/excavator?q%5B0%5D=sy16
There is a plate tack welded under the oil pan drain bolt on the 26U - is that meant to be removed? Would be really messy to change oil with that left in place. Please let us know.
Thank you for asking, that would be a messy oil change! None of our machines on the lot have a plate welded under the oil pan. This could have been done for transportation purposes so someone couldn't easily steal oil or was done for extra protection. That being said, you're perfectly fine to remove that plate to perform your oil change!
I have researched mini excavators and down to two choices. The Sany SY35c and The Case CX37c. I looked at all the rest and these two were my favorites.
That is so awesome to hear, Mark! We're glad the SANY SY35U is one of your top picks! Newman Tractor has branches in KY, OH, and FL if you are in any of those areas and would like to come check one out. Let us know what you choose!
Hi! Unfortunately the SY18C isn't available in the U.S. just yet. However, when we do get it on the lot, we will absolutely do a video to compare it as well!
Hi Fox13z400, this has since changed! The SANY warranty is now upheld when sold by anyone at an auction as long as proper service documentation was kept prior to purchase. If you would like to read more in-depth on the SANY warranty, I recommend checking out this article highlighting those questions more thoroughly! www.newmantractor.com/news/sany-warranty-how-long-is-it-what-does-it-cover

What about SY18c
Hi! Unfortunately the SY18C isn't available in the U.S. just yet. However, when we do get it on the lot, we will absolutely do a video to compare it as well!
Just don’t buy one at an auction non-transferable warranty
Just never buy one from an auction and then expect Sany to stand behind their product. They will leave you high and dry. Go CAT.
