  • You either love it or hate it. I LOVE IT and recently had this in a puff pastry version so wanted to give them a go in a bread-ier version.
If you are in the 'hate it' camp, you can always swap the Marmite for something else like pesto or sundried tomatoes.
For this recipe you will need:
    250g strong white bread flour
    20g caster sugar
    1tsp salt
    7g fast action yeast
    1 egg
    40g soft unsalted butter
    50ml water
    75ml milk
    2tbsp marmite
    100g cheddar, grated
    100g mozzarella
Let me know if you give these a go and if you are enjoying this, or any other of my recipes, please comment/like/share/keep using them! Have a lovely weekend everyone xx

Marmite, Vegemite, Bovril… I could live with that.. Butter a toast drizzle with one of those, is just plain heaven to me.. I lived in Netherlands, and my inlaws would eat croissants, drizzle some Marmite on… omg! I never stopped doing that since.. 😂 Sooo good! Thanks for sharing!

I think these would also work with Bovril so worth a try with that if you love it! As long as the dough is made the same you can customise with whatever flavours you like. Thank you for watching and your comment! x

That’s so lovely to hear you’re enjoying the videos and recipes! Parmesan would work brilliantly, you can add any kind of cheese you like and vary them each time! Thanks for the lovely comment :)
