Excellent video. I'm about to replace my own water pump in my 2002, and will also recondition the original pump to have a spare on board (also many thanks for Ep 18)

Thanks for taking the time to upload the video (and no. 18) very helpful in repairing our old Beneteau in Dallas!

Hi Scott, thanks for the feedback, hopefully nothing got lost in translation from my accent?

    really fine production .
    thanks.
If you ever get to rebuild a coolant pump for heat exchanger system, that would be a very useful video also.

There should be more of this stuff on the internet.

Thank's for the "pat on the back", just making videos that may help others.

There are lots of these high quality videos on the internet, but 'intelligent' algorithms force feed us low quality 'entertainment' to keep idiots watching. It's hard to find quality material like this, thanks Rob.

I'm highly excited about this content, having my water pump of a 2002 on the shelf. The reason your rebuild kit has some unused parts might be that it is for different engines than the 2000 series.

Wow you have uped your game with this quailty video, and your working space is sooo clean "JELOUS" i do use the frezzer and heat gun method, it work good on doing my cutlass bearing, keep up the good work, I will send over my pump for a rebuild LOL

Hi T.J., the workshop isn't always this clean!
I was tempted to use the heated bearing method however, by the time I'd get from the oven in the kitchen to the workbench they would be cold.
