- U.S. military bases in Europe have raised their terror alert to its second-highest level, "FPCON Charlie" over concerns of a possible attack in the coming weeks. CBS News correspondent Lilia Luciano has more.

This was going on even back in the late 80's and early 90's while I was over there. Europe has had open borders and welcoming policies long before the United States, so they have a head start on us. But we are on track to see the same sorts of threats in a generation or two.
