Just don't forget to drain them when you do your oil changes...you create more problems if you let it over flow vs not having one at all. On a side note: that ST's sub frame has some major rust issues! That vehicle is way too new to have that much corrosion on a sub frame like that...better start rust proofing that thing or it wont last 5 more years O.o
I wasn't a huge fan of the fitment. The can's inlet and outlets ports are between the intercooler tube and some wireharness and touches both. There is an empty space just above it. I think the mounting bracket could use some design work.
This install is way harder than he makes it look. Specifically for the intercooler hose and the connectors that he just "pops off." Be prepared for things to get stuck and having to wrestle them for disassembly. Also missing from this video is the re installation of the intercooler hose which would have been extremely useful.

I've installed a lot of oil catch cans and this is by far the most ridiculous one and the biggest pain in the ass

The JTL Catch Can is a much easier install, and its location for draining is much easier to get to.

Would this pass visual inspection for smog?
Just to make sure the green elbow side goes to the out . And the intake side goes to the in?
Green pcv hose goes the In/dirty side. Out/clean goes into the plastic intake manifold

Strange question maybe; what if someone was to install the inlet and outlet the other way, could that do any harm?
It would make the catch can useless because it would be going throigh the filter oposite direction, and probably clog the lines or ports.
Would it be the same steps if I'm trying to get to my pcv plate ?
