Sir, in addition to ductility and overstrength, please add some knowledge considering redundancy factor also. As, 1. Load distribution takes place after yielding. 2. Also yielding will take place only at one place and not in whole structure
In most of cases constructor are't using mentioned steel grade and fc' for any reason.Then how our structure is over strength and we take omega factor in designing. Although it is under design not over.

As in general Spectrum is taken from Single degree of freedom systems, is the R also not to account to convert from SDF to other systems?
