I think what makes Trackmaster special is its unique functions in the engines and sets. Things like Hugo’s Propeller or the Back and Go Thomas can do things that are very impressive for such small engines. The engines and sets were always so entertaining to look at because of the moving side rods that add so much to the engines and the ability for the engine’s wheels to power a set and make it do crazy things like spin Harold around in circles or make the turntable spin around, or even with the pretty recent walking bridge set, the engine’s wheels have the ability to actually make the bridge somehow walk! None of the other Thomas toy lines can do stuff like this and I think that’s why the motorized engines has lasted for 31 years and hopefully many more to come! Great video!
Great video and the coolest Trackmaster Train in my opinion has got to be the R/C Flip Face Thomas and The 2021 Trackmaster 2 talking engines, because the engines can talk to each other, even though they’ve Trackmaster 2 engines
I remember getting Hugo a few months after they released him and being completely surprised when I turned it on, and the propeller started spinning. I remember thinking how odd the chassis was when inserting the batteries for the first time. not sure if he works anymore, but still have him. I also have a different variation of a back and go Thomas. it’s magnetic and made of metal. Not sure where it is at the moment but I’m pretty sure I still have it.

As a station pilot, and not just because hes the main, it makes sense for them to just do thomas. Gordon doesnt pull back. They should have done Rosie, Diesel, and Salty, characters that as a default hook up other trains rather than go places. Thomas does take his trains backwards in the books. So can oliver and duck maybe?
Really Amazing Hugo looked really good with his spinning repellor, Thomas and the Chinese dragon and Thomas and the jet engine are really nice packs basing on episodes from seasons 3 and 6, Harvey is good with the ability to move his Crane arm 360°but I've already know and self-aware that he isn't motorized so he has The works unit coach to push him And I'm perfectly fine of how he is However I think I like the helpful Harvey better. Mighty Mac is really nice and looked pretty good with the amount of details, and it's such a genius that it could spin around whoever is taking the train either. Mighty or Mac And the backwards and forwards Thomas from that set based around misty Ellen rescue is really nice With really nice ability to make Thomas go forwards and backwards and having that front coupling is amazing. I could ever imagine having that just so thy could see him pulling cars backwards and all the other stuff that I can do with this pretty expensive of how the set is. Really interesting topic.
