In that question there is one point ,after Art started it get resolved ...the causes among are skin infection,non severe anemia ,suspected mycobacterium avium complex,cryptosporidiosis,and microsporidiosis...these disease doesn't need treatment ,in hiv if we just start Art it get resolved where as all other conditions first treat opportunities infection then after recommended weeks start Art
