Q 9 Skin can get involved in Histoplasmosis. Present as Umblicated Nodules as well.

Good evening sir. I cant remember but their was a question of DM patient who had infection after trauma. And options were necrotizing fascitis and gas ganrene.
As far as i can recall it clearly mentioned involvement of muscles. Please correct me if i am wrong

In Q no. 5, what is the reason for 10 ml and not 20 ml?

DDAVP is commercial name for Desmopressin

Sir I can promise you sir I've done silly mistake this year not normally just because the length of questions took so much time just because of time limit sir if I could have got time to review the answers I would have avoided atleast 10 question mistake but sir I got atleast 43 question wrong sir in total now heart broken whether I'll get my medicine

In Question 12 what is seen in pt ?
Sir in maratho video on prepladder channel you said that the SAH will be small like 10 cc but we will give nimodipine coz it prevent spasm and now you are saying that we will fo ct angiography first bcoz spasm set after 7 days what will be final answer i have marked nemodipine only because i saw marathon video of your that immediate vasospasm has to be prevented in case of berry aneurysm rupture aka SAH!! Please reply sir😊

Also spasm is not seen after 😅 7 days it peaks at that time . Nimodipine will be given immediately after confirmation of a burst berry aneurysm . But you need to rule out that there is not a second one waiting to burst Tommorow or day after.
@@DrMarwahLIVE Ok sir I thought they asked about treatment so i marked nimodipine coz giving an injection will be convineint than sending pateint for CT angiography 😅😅

Doctor 20 ml is given for decompensated shock and hemodynamic collapse in the protocol
Sir, in a/c gouty arthritis synovial fluid didn't showed any monosodium urate crystals and fever was present...
Yes doctor i got that input about Fever but it is seen in any inflammatory state and also in acute gout considering the nasty swelling that mimics cellulitis.
For "no crystals seen" it would be sole pointer against acute gout.

@@bunty7694 cell count will be > 50 K cells in syno fluid in septic arthritis. Joint involved is knee or hip commonly. Usually seen in patients who have had Joint replacement surgery.
@@DrMarwahLIVE yes dr fever was not the issue….in the Q they clearly told synovial fluid aspiration didn’t showed any crystals but,lymphocytes were present,all things were pointing to septic arthritis except the site.
Also dr,the liver abscess Q most of the surgery faculty is saying 75cc requires drainage.
