So the person in charge in Iran is Ayatollah Ali Khameiny. In his mind the entire executive inclusive of President Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hussain Amirabdullahian were utterly dispensable. That is the reason why Iran never bothered to lay out funds for the acquisition of a new executive helicopter which could have been procured from either Russia or China. And that is also the reason why they flew back in foggy weather conditions no matter the risks involved. Historically the executive in Iran has been treated very poorly by the Supreme Leader(s) of Iran thank you very much and enjoy your afternoon ☺️☺️
