This was so fun!! I just thrifted this camera and I can't wait to put it to use! Wish I hopped on the train earlier to take advantage of the Stranger Things film, but I'll heed your advice and refrain from buying the overpriced expired film
Nice!! Thrifting is the way!!! Yeah it’s best to stay away from it UNLESS you find it for a good price then grab some. Otherwise you could just be wasting money.
Definitely set up notifications on ebay, there are good listings here and there. Always submit an offer if they have it up too! I've used 2 so far from separate sellers for the stranger things film (both having been expired more than a year in 2021) and they still turn out pretty good. Paid a little under retail for each pack.

Ok! I just bought one off eBay. I got the Stranger Things edition too. 😊 I paid more than I would have liked but not a crazy amount and not more than what you would pay for one in Australia.
I do wonder what will happen with the built in battery when it eventually does not charge anymore.
Yes that is always the risk with itype batteries however you can take them apart and replace the battery. If you don’t want to do it yourself.Dennis from “chromatic parts” might be your best option. Check him out on Instagram.

Which will be best onestep 2 or the onestep+?
Do you think the version without a viewfinder tube is also worth it? I've heard that it's more difficult to frame the shot and that it's a bit uncomfortable.
Yeah if you can get the viewfinder one go with that.
Heeeeyyy ! Finally i have got mine ! The rendering is light years ahead of the now +. Sorry to ask, but i just want to know, Sometimes the flash lights up when I unplug it or check its battery level by pressing the self-timer and turning it on. Have you ever had this happen? My camera its pretty new, I don't know if its a default and I need to find another camera :( Not to mention the occasional jerky film ejection haha

hey chris! i got into instant photography through my girlfriend who bought me a now+ and it is terrible, as you know lol. im looking to get a better camera and have watched your videos on the one step 2 (this video) and the instax sq6. which is the best point and shoot camera? or do you have another camera to recommend? thanks!

Hi How did you shoot such close up shots and get sharp images? Is there a portrait mode on the camera?
Depending on the camera you are using. The onestep2 has a minimum focus distance of about 3 to 4 feet. How ever on a SLR camera like that sx-70 that has a minimum focused distance of 10 inches.

I just picked up a mint colored one on Ebay for 50 bucks for my son O.O hopefully little dude likes it XD. I use DSLR but use my Nikon d200 so well see O.O
now thats a great deal!!! I would charge it up and test it before giving it to him to make sure the battery is still good.
Is the One Step 2 better than the One Step Plus?
Hmm well onestep plus has Bluetooth for app features like manual control it also has 2 built in lens options so I guess it’s really up to you to decide
I really want a Polaroid after playing OMORI but I'm not so sure which Polaroid to go for...
I've been taking photos already with my phone and printing the photos out with my canon mini printer (just family and friends photos just to keep a nice snapshot of a memory) but still very lost of which one to go for...

Today, I used 600 Polaroid film that expired on June of 2012, and the film was no good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How can you tell the order of the films?

@@JustAnotherChris Oh, um. I have already got the stranger things films, but now I wonder which one will come out first when I take the shot. I know there are 16 different type of frame, and is there a way to know the order of my film or it's purely random?😂😂
