Rape or sexual assault should a long sentence for sure. He assaulted and robbed the first woman with a knife when she had a baby. So dumb he was out. Then all these people knew he had a gun and was wandering around with it knowing his past. He’s a monster with no feelings. Also so dumb. Does he know how a ankle monitor works?! Although the ankle monitor should have burned his leg off if he left his house.

Because the progressives through the Democrat party have infiltrated the US justice system.
They are letting violent offenders out early and many are going on to commit further violent crimes including murder.
I'm surprised most people in the US don't know what's going on but if they only watch and read mainstream media they will continue to be ignorant of the amount of damage the progressives are causing across the US.

At 44:55 when she's explaining the situation, it sounds a whole lot like she just ratted on Hattie because "she was talkin' all kinds of trash". She admitted to previously seeing Hattie with the purse, but she only decided to say something to the cops _after_ getting into a fight with Hattie.
I'd wager she only cared about revenge. A good person would've said something from day one, but she only used the situation as ammo. Just as much of a pos as the rest of em, imo.

I work with a lady who kidnapped outside of a grocery store in the mid 90s.
He had a knife and a gun and threatened to shoot her if she didn’t immediately get into her car.
He wanted her to drive them to a secluded areas a few miles away. She didn’t put her seat belt on and intentionally drove super fast in the lot and slammed on the breaks, which caused her would-be captor/rapist to be distracted as he was thrown forward. She unlocked her door and run full speed, screaming for help in the parking lot.
The man was arrested and then let out on bail a few days later before his trial. His charges were not taken seriously as he claimed the ordeal was a mistake. When he was arrested, he had handcuffs , women’s underwear, in addition to his firearm and knife.
He said it was a misunderstanding and that he thought it was his girlfriend’s car and they were “role-playing.” He further accused her of being racist, (he was black, she is Hispanic) and that’s why she was so adamant about lying about him.
He made bail and during his two weeks out, he broke into a home and raped 2 sisters, aged 15 and 13. He attempted to strangle the 15 year old when she fought for her little sister being his victim. Luckily, she survived.
He received the minimum sentences and because my friend wasn’t actually raped/killed and both girls survived. He was not charged with attempted murder.
He was given a 25year sentence. He was released in 2018 and committed armed robbery and raped yet another girl.
This time he was given 50 years.
The justice system is full of sh**.

Brother, you could have EARNED $35 by working 3 hours that night at a minimum wage job, yet you believed robbing that poor girl for that sum was worth 6 years of your life?!? "So what's the point in me holding it back? I'm a straight honest guy - I'm a straightforward guy." 1:07:32
I find it really interesting that the EWU team either didn't catch this or just didn't point it out, but he doesn't say this as if he's listing personal traits and, instead as the EWU team pointed out, he speaks and conducts himself in half- or partial-truths so he doesn't have to commit to a story and can change it later on if necessary. He also uses statements like "pretty much all I know" and other relative statements so he can leave himself that space and all while simplifying things and trying to find a way out, even acting a bit conceded thinking that the evidence they have is only circumstantial. As it is, here he seems like he wanted to say both "I'm an honest man" and "I'm a straightforward man", entangling them resulting in "I'm a straight honest man" which he curiously corrects to "I'm a straightforward man". This slip-up can be interpreted many ways but it seems to me that him saying 'straightforward' instead of listing it like 'im a straightforward, honest man, ive told you everything i know" he, at this point, quick-switches (probably in realizing that the 'honest man' approach was failing) to being seen as 'straightforward' or 'simple' as more important.
This, I felt, could also be a reflection of him subconsciously seeing himself truthfully as a straightforward person, which is why his consistent comments about being straightforward are somewhat believable, but he knows, even if just subconsciously, that he's not honest and that's why he didn't turn it into a list; almost as if he doesn't truly believe it about himself. If he truly views himself as a straightforward man, he may not believe himself to be a strong liar and he'd be concerned of coming across as ingenious to the investigators, therefore making him seem even more suspicious to them. He may feel or try to play it off as if he's an open book as to play it down when he does get caught in lies or to use as an excuse to get out of smaller issues or arguments. It could also be that he has a compass of morals that he follows, even if they seem irregular to others, and because he knows that he wouldn't be telling the truth if he said that he didn't having anything to do with it, he instead tries to play it off as if he was just complicit and forced by some other guy, "TJ". This could be because he feels as though he has a higher chance to get a lighter sentence if he plays down his role in all of this. He plays it like he's a goon of this "TJ" character and tries to simplify his role but it comes across as a little strange if not a bit brazen because he's aware that no one else was involved and no one else could've done it. He also becomes desperate at this point as his excuse wasn't taken seriously and it spirals into absurdity that he may know sounds fake but doubling down on an apparent "out" that the investigators placed earlier seemed to be better than saying himself that he assaulted and shot this girl twice I'm the head. He even says that her last words were that she wanted to live, and I feel that he's being truthful here in order to sound more credible but it just shows how cold and calous he was in regarding this young woman and her life.

I had a rough childhood. It's not an excuse. I have never committed a crime. The only plus I had going for me is I had both parents. Everything else was bad. Went to 5 different elementary schools, lived in something like 20 different houses before I was 10, moved to Florida and lived in section 8 housing while my Mom went back to school, got jumped all the time by neighborhood kids who didn't like white kids. Didn't have a somewhat normal (kind of) life until my Mom finished school and got a job (Dad worked sporadically as a painter), even then they were bad with money and we lived without electricity for a number of years among other things. Forgot to mention my Dad was pretty abusive too. Went to school multiple times with belt marks on my legs, arms, back etc. Sometimes the belt hit so hard it slightly broke the skin in a belt shaped pattern. No teacher ever cared or asked about them.
None of this turned me into a murderer or rapist. Happily married for 16 years, entrepreneur, 3 great kids. Never committed a crime, even my driving record is 100% clean. There is no excuse for this.

@@themudpit621 I disagree, look at any atheist communist country and you get 40 - 100 million senseless deaths, people will end up worshipping the state or some terrible ideology. Religion is always replaced with worse alternatives.
Ritual and belief or faith is necessary to humans. Whether it’s a God, a Man such as the Pharaohs, Caesars, Mao, Stalin, Hitler, etc…, an Ideology such as extreme Right Wing or Left Wing which lead to Authoritarians or Communist Dictators.
I mean you can see this in America in real time right now. Atheism grows and look what happens now everyone has become tribal along political lines. Whether Trump’s or AOC’s cult of personality or the Right Wing believing the Left Wing is evil or the Left Wing believing the Right Wing is evil. When in reality both sides of the political aisle are evil.
We’ve never been more divided in my lifetime. Compared to the 80’s, the present and the populous of today is much more hateful and less forgiving coinciding with the decline of Christianity in The U.S. , whether you like institutional religion or not this is undeniable.
We are not connected by common morals anymore. It doesn’t matter if I tell a blind man the truth about what I see as I help him across the road, what matters is that I get him to the other side safely. That is how an atheist can look at the Bible, a guidebook to life that got us this far and now science is working to destroy us all. Medical breakthroughs are fantastic but that progress unfortunately includes the advent of guns, bombs that can destroy the planet and deadly machines of war that were built only to kill us all.
You see people cheering on the war in Ukraine, the people who support such foreign wars are helping to destroy cities and kill people needlessly. There was a peace agreement reached in February and the war could’ve ended in April. Ukraine was willing to make peace but because the constituents of the current administration were so supportive of this war (which is absolutely disgusting, amoral and should be against the entire world’s principles) that agents of The United States’ Administration and U.K. Government told Ukraine to refuse the peace treaty since they had so much support from voters and they knew they could drag it out.
This is because people who support the Two Party System believe anything their party does is good and everything the opposing party does is bad. This is basically a new bicameral religion of state worship.
