CITIZEN KANE LOOKS LIKE MADAME WEB. Sir. Sir. Orson Welles is rolling over in his grave. But then I'm reminded of his wine commercial outtakes and think, "maybe that is a fair comparison."
Have you watched season 2 and the movie? The only critique that I gathered from this video is that JJK's characters aren't interesting/original enough. I'd understand that if you only watched season 1. After all season one pushed aside things like character development and complex backstories in favor of fights and other aspects of the story. The movie and season 2 on the other hand focused on the characters and back stories. There are many characters that act as foils to each other and who had interesting backstories. Examples of this is Mahito and Yuji or Gojo and Geto. Hell Gojo and Geto literally switched philosophy after the hidden inventory arc. All of this without even mentioning Toji and the incredible impact he was able to have on the story despite his little screen time. Also I'm assuming you haven't read the manga because the manga is insane when it comes to its characters. So in conclus, ion no JJk isn't eye candy for tik tok zoomers. No it isn't another Demon Slayer that's carried by its animation. Its an awesome manga and anime that manages to make you feel something and delivers great fights.
Hey thanks for taking the time to watch and give a well thought opinion beyond JJK IS GOATED I haven't watched beyond season 1 at this point I do plan on reading the manga and watching season 2 after rewatching season 1
I'll admit its kind of one sided to base my opinion on an anime off one season but when that is all I've watched and I didn't plan on watching Season 2 based on my experience with the first season and the vocal majority of fans. But I'm giving it an honest go of it so here's to that. We will see if I really change my mind
@@SauceySenpaioh well if you haven’t seen season 2 than you haven’t really seen anything yet. Lol season 2 is what got me hooked and the guy above is correct, jjk is a slow burn when it comes to characters but they grow on you quickly by season 2. Every single last one of them,it’s not all hype like demon slayer. The manga is even wilder
Good to know boss that's a big ask to have you sit through a season to wait for it to get gud though I'm gonna rewatch again and go all the way to s2 and read the manga as well. Again it's mostly the vocal minority that were the most off putting in the first place. Thanks for watching appreciate your time!
@@SauceySenpai that’s a great idea and the same exact method I used. Season 1 didn’t make much of an impression on me so I had to rewatch the whole thing before starting season 2. Jjk eventually develops its own personality and stands out more after season 1 and the same can be said about the characters.
With due respect my bro... type the name of literally any popular comic, superhero, villain, movie, music, youtube channel, car brand, phone brand or game and type " is overrated " next to it and you'll find many forum discussions saying that it is not as good as people say... If everything popular is overrated, nothing popular is overrated.
Not the FMA being Boko No Pico 😱
Lmao a real bro knows!

Lol the comparison was JJK makes Citizen Kane look like Madame Web just in case that wasn't clear

@Noname-bl2le That's a fair take my dude. Jjk people are just very aggressive with their hype lol
jujutsu kaisen came before chainsaw man
Thanks buddy appreciate you the manga actually released the same year so I don't think it matters
@@SauceySenpai well the one shot for it was released in 2017 while the first chapter involving the present was months before
Thanks for the info 👍
