So when maddox unracked it, the uneven weight took him off guard and caused an injury. It really upset a lot of people because of the lack of professionalism on behalf of the people running he meet.

No it’s not. 10 seconds uses anaerobic respiration which produces far more energy over a short time, and doesn’t use oxygen. It produces lactic acid as a side effect which causes a stitch. 100 seconds is more likely to use aerobic respiration which requires oxygen and is sustainable

A lot of sprinters attribute their speed to squats. After all, how fast you go is summed up to pretty much how much force your legs can generate relative to your body weight

Beast. In 12th grade my PRs were 605 dead lift, 705 leg press(already beaten)squat 600 & repped 315 30 times. Bench max 405, bench rep 225x25 reps shoulder press free weight machine 405x12 reps. I havent tried beating any of my PRs other than the leg press in high school I hit 705 once a few months ago I repped 705 for 7. I was 5’7 170-175 now I’m 5’8 180-185. Always been freakishly strong for my size gonna compete for the first time soon. Just to know there are guys way bigger than me who are also freakishly strong for their size is honestly scary. Wouldn’t want them grabbing or punching me ever.

Motor unit recruitment isn't the only thing that would cause a powerlifter to be stronger than say a bodybuilder, but it is one of the primary factors.
Maddox is the strongest raw bencher on earth, steroids might get you 3 or 4 plates on a bench after a few years but it wont get you 8 and a half on bench

They're relatively strong at 3 basic, extremely slow movements. They're not just "strong". Put them on a track and watch them generate 0 force
I think you'd be quite surprised how well some large power lifters sprint. I've seen 250lbs plus dudes putting down 11sec 100m
