Beautiful truck and a very clean looking, cool idea with the body mounts! Reminds me of the XMaxx and other trucks with similar mount setups. And you’re right, sport mod trucks get hot super fast with 2S 100C like we use in Trigger King. I typically bring a second sport mod or a retro to alternate driving while one cools down when I practice/bash.

New to the SMT10 and just got a builders kit. I am stuck on knowing which size of body fits the SMT10. ead that 1/10th JS bodies fit and read that 1/8th bodies are needed. Even the JS bodies show different widths and lengths! Looking to buy this mount system and get it printed, great work

you can run many different size bodies on these. It depends on what you want it to look like. It also depends on what you do with the wheelbase. I'd recommend joining a facebook group for the SMT10 and asking if anyone has the body you are looking at mounted on one.

Love this body. New smt10 was just released. I want bodies options because I am thinking of getting the kit. I do love grave digger, but do not want the rtr electronics so I think a kit would be better. Just not sure where to find bodies for it.

JConcepts has some nice bodies. If you know what you are doing, I'd build an SMT 10 from the ground up. I almost have a whole SMT 10 from the parts left over after building this one.

@@outsourcedrc I ordered a kit so i think I might go bigfoot body because I not see so many. Maybe ford but custom paint as well. Will have to see when the time comes.

Just got this for the SMT10 builders kit I'm working on.
And what size magnets do I need to get? Still deciding what body to get for my build. Might go with a Black Mamba theme. And thanks for your videos, they've save and cost me money. Haha.

Is the $5.00 for the mounting kit
If not you should make them on a pre-order basis the full kit cause I would buy one for my rig a Ground Pounder and see if I could make it work some , but awesome job making those and
    beautiful rig

The $5 is for the files to print them your selves. I'm too busy and my Printers run non stop with other things to take the time to print all of these.

    I don't have a 3D printer.
Would I be violating any kind of policy if I gave this design to a Freind to print for me
