No you're not wrong, it's Ireland 😀✌️
Hong Kong gained independence?!
no💀 it was just a territory flag proposal💀
You're right
I love that French flag, I think it's gorgeous. Love the Fleur de lis.
As for Greenland, they do not call themselves Greenland, so why would they want to put green in the flag?
👀
0:38 nah, it was obvious to me; the white and that lily (fleur de lys) is a common sign of the french monarchy.
1:56 That's sure Ireland.
4:13 Honestly I like it; better as the flag with the union jack thrown in the corner.
6:34 This looks like the flag of the Canton of Valais here in Switzerland.
6:48 *gained "independence"
👀
In the last comment (if i understand correctly) you have absolutely right they didn't gained independence from a colony (almost) of a country became a part (almost again) of another country....!!! 😉😎🙂
That proposed Aruba flag Looks Like Pikachu’s Tail 😂
😂
3:40 what is the name of the site?
Wikipedia
I prefer all of the flag currently used... but I do agree both Hong Kong flags looks great
👍
3:31 lol, some of those proposed Chinese flags are basically the Spanish flag, kind of a communist version of it (although the typical communist Spanish flag would be red-yellow-purple due to the Republic) 😂😂
😁
I guessed that first one being France, the sun-like symbol just reminded me of Louis the 14th for some reason, so I'd say it's not that bad
😀✌️
0:53 the color combination is pretty good to me
Ok ✌️
Color combination is nice but the design with just isnt appealing
2:01 it is Ireland top right symbolises Leinster then Connacht Left from top is ulster then Munster I prefer the blue version of leinster
😀✌️
Greenland doesnt use a nordic cross design because they do not feel a nordic identity
Greenland has a unique cultural identity that they want to reflect through their flag design, and the Nordic cross doesn't quite capture that.
So, about the french flag - probably comes from a time in 19th century where a portion of french people wanted to abandon the ideals of the revolution and focus on christianity. The Sacred Heart of Jesus was a to-be symbol of france if they succeeded.
✌️
The minecraft stuff in bolivian flag proposal is the native people's symbolism there.
✌️
As a compromise (as a dragon would dominate the flag) it was pitched for the St David's Cross, black and yellow, to be added barely visible behind the English one on the British flag to represent Wales. It was rejected too.
✌️
the symbols on the irish flag are for all of the provinces
✌️
thats a hogwarts if i ever saw one!
Which one?
