And what you didn't know is eating too much of honey is bad,like alot of things if you eat too much. The maximum amount is about 2-3 large table spoons a day.
And it actually is pretty nice since it silents the sweetness a bit,you should try it!

Hi,
Honey is just more than food. It's actually a medicine. It shouldn't be used/consumed hot/warm/cold. Honey also shouldn't be cooked. The varying temperature has it's own difference in it's properties and has impacts in our body. Honey should always be treated only as a medicine and consumed and stored only in room temperature. It's also not a substitute for sugar/sweetner.
