Wow why is this the first I’m seeing this? Missed a great opportunity to put this on white bread with hot sauce and take it back to the hood. Egg samich. 👌🏽
My friend trust me this is not healthy at all, φέτα has way more calories than you can imagine. Per 100 grams there are 300 calories and 15 g of fat, she just ate that much and maybe a bit more
I’m not a huge fan of cold eggs, but you could store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for a few days. I've never frozen them before, but I'm sure they would be just fine! I would just reheat them in the microwave!
@@MythsofVirgo umm no it’s not. I just came from there and her feta egg bake is not on there. I looked under her recent breakfasts/ under eggs recipes. And just her breakfast. It’s not there. So point it if you found it.
Only sane comment. This isn't even scrambled eggs, it's egg salad. It's more effort and more ingredients for something worse tasting than if you'd just done scrambled eggs in pan with some butter and crumbled in the amount of feta you want. It'd take less than minute of actual cooking time too.
Honestly I give props for this recipe that actually doesn’t end up in an abomination and actually something good. Though it does sound like it would be easier to simply opt for less cheese and eggs and do it on the stove. Just depends on if you prefer ease or time
It's baked at 400°F for 18-22 minutes. I’m not a huge fan of cold eggs, but you could store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for a few days. I would just reheat them in the microwave!
definitely throwing in some veggies like spinach jalapeños or tomatoes to this one! mmm mm looks so good. plus extra protein!
PROTEIN!!!
As an Egyptian this is my favourite way to eat scrambled eggs and you can make it on the stove, try adding butter too
im Egyptian too, adding some tomatoes elevates it with some cumin!!
We don't do that tho ,we fry the egg
@@Masterbaiter-t1j you don’t eat بيض بالزبدة او السمنة ? Try it and add feta cheese it’s sooooooo good.
@@Masterbaiter-t1jwell they do.
@@Masterbaiter-t1jare you saying egyptians dont make scrambled eggs at all?? Yes we do bro 😭

Right! I was scared at first but it ended up great
Same
You mean… SO GOOD 👄👌🏿
Same here. I went from concerned/scared to hungry.
Same bro 😂
Usually you have me side eyeing some of the stuff you make, but feta with scrambled eggs is got tier 10/10
Eggs with feta cheese and fresh chopped onions is amazing.
Feta + Eggs + Butter + Salt/Pepper = HEAVENLY DELICIOUSNESS!
Right!?
Wow. Hello high protein, low carb easy affordable meal prep!!
My thoughts exactly
As a Greek i must say I'm impressed. If you added tomato you'd make oven Strapatsada.
Strapatsada is a staple of my diet
🤮🤮🤮

I recommend to add fresh tomato, oregano and mint to it. It is called Strapatsada in Greece
Great idea!
Honestly seems likes a great method for freezer meals. Like a bunch of breakfast wraps or some cheese and sausage for some burritos
Nah, that's baked egg salad, and I'm so here for it omg
Adding Kalamata olives and salami will definitely take it up a notch. One of my favorite combos for eggs. ❤
I've never folded pita bread like that before! That's brilliant. And god, that looks delicious!

For anyone wondering, I believe those pita breads are called “Lebanese pita breads”.
They are often called khobez which is literally just Arabic for bread lol
@@gonzmdragone191 Oh wow, I didn’t know this! Thank you for sharing.
In Greece we call them Arab pita, to differentiate from the other pita styles
@gonzmdragone191 we call them khobez lebnani which just means lebanese bread xD
I usually add spinach, but adding mint sounds so good!
How long do you bake?
@@aviiannaThe same as her recipe! 400 °F for about 20 minutes.

Yeah ok, eggs and cheese is all the body needs right

I absolutely love feta cheese, especially the good salty Greek style. Feta cheese has to be the only thing better than bacon.
It’s a Balkan receipt and it tastes really good!

I love having scrambled eggs with feta for breakfast tho I usually crumble the feta in my egg mix and cook it in a pan
