dude this place cost u 15,000 yen an hour just to sit there....im pretty sure theres a reason why sushi san's customer service and human interaction skills are in a class of its own.... in regular dining places, u punch ur order into a vending machine, insert ur money and the worker places the bowl of ramen in front of u, yanks down the bamboo curtain leaving u to eat alone inside a 8 by 8 cubicle.
Dude, I was watching all these episodes a couple years ago. I suddenly was like what were those food shows that compared price points of food with those two guys, and found it again, and reliving these shows again, even though I watched them before, they are just great entertainment and make me want to enjoy the food they are enjoying. They do a great job of selling what they are eating as a team.

Yup exactly, I don't care for Buzzfeed really at all but this show is great. It's very similar to The Wonton Don having his own channel separate from Barstool Sports. Highly recommend checking out that channel if you like travel stuff. But it's definitely a lot more of a degenerate show lmao. That's what gives it such charm. I'd start with the video of Donny trying to sneak beer into a Shanghai Sharks game. It's hysterical. Worth It, The Wonton Don and Parts Unknown are all I need for travel shows. Each are the GOATs of travel shows and each has their own unique tone depending on what you're in the mood for. Highly recommend all 3.

The Theobroma chocolate cake is truly the best chocolate cake I have ever eaten. I went to Japan a couple years ago and visited some of the places from Worth it Japan series. Pablo cheesecake is great as well, only wish we had such great quality food chains in the UK as well. Thanks to all people from Worth it for making such great content. Cannot wait to visit Taiwan and try all the dumpling and soup places.

Coffee shops in Japan are my everything. I love the coffee (it's more bitter than sour, and they make super rich lattes.) and I generally love studying at cafes. Coffee shops in Korea are nice too, but Japan has been my fav so far.

that bento is crazy expensive but really done with love, btw (bento fact!) it is also a symbol of love. for Japanese people, bento is package of love, when someone send or packed u a bento, the detail & intricacy shows their love and appreciation towards u, so u can go out do your work & study and during your break you can enjoy the healthy, beautiful lunch that your loved one pack for you to ease you of your struggle till you comeback home. ❤
Japan is on a whole other level for pretty much everything. With the school teacher coffee he has figured how to change the flavor slightly and the profile of the coffee by grinding the beans differently. In America coffee shops just have 100 different coffees to choose from so they don’t have to really take the time to learn to process in any different way.

Japanese food really captivates me. Just the care, style, and personality that go into them is just awe-inspiring.I think out of all the dishes, there's 3 that I really want to try someday: actual ramen, not just noodles and broth like a broke college student; hotpot, especially for how it brings people together; and sushi. I think I had a vegetable or imitation crab California-style roll once, but it was just one, and all the way back in 2014. I've eyed pre-packaged sushi in the store before, but it's always spicy, and I'm at the spice tolerance level where ketchup burns a bit, but I still eat it. Someday, I hope to fulfill my food dreams.

Unfortunately, many of these restaurants have been closed. The first shop, Rinrin, has been closed due to the sudden death of the owner.
