    Mine is Closed, & it's so true. I can eat certain things over & over again, & like to have a "system" for breakfast, so I'm not having to think too much or scramble over what to eat first thing in the day.

    4:26 - NUMBER ONE (consecutive/alternating)
    6:11 - NUMBER TWO (open/closed)
    7:54 - NUMBER THREE (hot/cold)
    10:00 - NUMBER FOUR (calm/nervous)
    12:57 - NUMBER FIVE (low/high) - I made a mistake and swapped those two (left and right value)
    14:48 - NUMBER SIX (direct/indirect)

      Thank you for your helpful videos. I am confused though as you state on your slide at 13:42 with the 5's (I am a 5 - low/receptive) that Low is active. That doesn't appear to be accurate based on what I've learned and been shown. Can you verify for me please and if I'm incorrect, would love the right info. Thank you again!

    Hey everyone, there is something I forgot to mention. Beyond Color we have Tone, which is our architecture and defines who we are. Tone is the one which defines leftness/rightness or active/receptive side. It can be different to Color and it has an effect on it, so if you can't fully connect to your Determination it's okay, as it might be the influence of the tone. To see Tone on your chart you need to get yourself an advanced HD chart, as you can't get it on the free chart.

      The tone is freely available on transparentmatrix. Once you have it, you can determine your correct way of food cognition.

      So the Left/Active and Right/Receptive in your chart in this video is referring to the Tone number (and not the Arrow direction of the Determination (digestion)? This is important, so again thanks for clarifying.

    5/1 ego manifestor, motivated by innocence, indirect digestion 6th color. This is perfect. I fast often and eat mostly once a day in the evening. I eat by intuition and prefair food that I prepare. I was doing it 20 years before finding HD. You are doing beautiful and gentle work 💕 😊 Thank You for Your Service to Humanity 🎉❤🎉

    I do resonate, i have Open Determination. I find i love eating the same old food over and over again(thinking of oatmeals and mashed potatoes). This relates to what i learned in Ayurveda,about routine,and about Astrology(i am a Cancer). Cancers love traditions,and i am comforted by them :)

    I am color 1 consecutive! I do prefer simple meals, and like to keep my foods in separate spaces (even in a bowl! I never stir stuff together). My favorite combos are simple things cassava chips and butter, raspberries and cream, sharp cheddar with apples

    I am a 1 consecutive. I have lots of digestion problems.... my mother used to hold my nose to force me to eat.... interesting that l am designed to choose my foods based on smell, and eat simple bland meals, one food at a time. I feel so much better with just 2 or 3 ingredients, eg steamed chicken with broccoli and flax seed oil. Being forced to eat foods l was allergic to (wheat, dairy, ) and foods that made me sick, (spices, sauces, too many ingredients, ) it is making sense that l had chronic gastroenteritis, chronic inflammation, bowel problems, and developed an eating disorder. I love human design. At last l an learning how to care for myself correctly and undo the damage.

    I am also Calm, I feel that yes. Whenever I go to restaurants it almost seems that I cannot taste food correctly because of all the noises (although my Environment is External Markets), I always prefer take away and eat at home, quietly, no noises... Sometimes, if I am not eating alone, even the noises of the cutlery or other people eating can unfocus me of tasting the wonderful food 🤤
    Yes, emotional eating makes me gain weight to.
    I am just so happy to know I can eat everything as long as it's a calm environment, I love tasting all kinds of food 😍

    Splenic projector 2/4 - Determination is Open 2nd line & 100% relevant to me and my experience with eating/what works best for me. I am open to trying new things but I am very selective and know what I like and don’t like. I enjoy to eat the same simple meals every single day and don’t get sick of them so meal planning/prepping helps me with this and to overcome binge eating.

    Thanks for your video on this! I've just learned about my determination being Indirect. So interesting! I have been playing around with fasting during the day (before I knew this) and I so enjoy eating a nice big meal in the evening. I'm shocked I'm not hungry during the day if I'm not constantly eating... this makes sense although all my life I have been very focused on food and had actually been overeating a lot. Maybe I was really off balance trying to stick to regular meal times? At this point I feel waiting until the sun goes down is a bit extreme, so right now I am choosing to eat in the afternoons (light snacks) and more food in the evening to see how I feel :)

      My boyfriend has always eaten a big meal at night. I thought it must be really bad for him and suggested me at least eat lunch and dinner. My own experience was that eating a lot in the evening kept me up at night. He says he feels uncomfortable on the days when he eats lunch. Turns out he has indirect light and have direct!

      Hey I have same determination - I really hear you and relate to your comment! Over eating has been an issue for me, even though I also have a reduced appetite most of the time. I find if I eat a large meal early on it ruins my day basically and I need each meal to be larger than the next.
      I have played with IF for a while, but only because I know when I am out and about being active I rarely think to eat so it felt convenient. My current PT told me that this is really bad for my health and causing a whole lot of problems, particularly with eating so late at night (sometimes around 10 because I've forgotten) - I do kind of agree with her that I should try to keep 3 hours between the last meal and bed time but to be honest, forcing myself to eat the meals she set me through the day has been extremely hard. I have no appetite (particularly for diet food 😅) I also feel like it zaps my brain power!!! the quality of work I put out after lunch is horrible! and it takes me so long because I cannot focus. When I am up in the morning if I dive straight in (before breakfast) I get soooooo much done.
      I am now snacking, just to meet the "regular meal times" my trainer sets, so say apples, protein shake, piece of toast, then I make "dinner" around 4pm and I try to have 2 serves before 9pm for a Midnight bedtime. It seems to be a good balance :)

    My determination is low sound. This resonated a lot with me. However when I eat in low sound, I do not eat high quantities, the opposite is true when I eat in high sound or a frantic way. I binge extreme when I pass my threshold from low to high.

    Nervous Touch-Yes, I totally resonate with the description. I've experimented with eating in quiet, silence vs with stimulation in different environments and notice the latter feels better and helps digestion. I sometimes eat when on the go, and appetite can vary.

    Thank you. I now understand how to interpret "Thirst" in my chart. I do have a thirst or need to change foods and not eat the same things. I'm also open to trying new things. Not everything but some. LOL It also applies to my "thirst" for knowledge and how even though I try to focus on one thing, I can hardly ever concentrate on one without thinking of something else and starting it. As much as I try to be "consecutive" with one thing, it never works. I have a thirst for what's new or interesting -- for however long it may hold my attention. :-)

    Hi, In the drop down menu I didn't see "Body" as an option. Is this something you have to pay to get access to? The only options were Quantum, Personality, Design, Quantum Component, and Shadow.

    light: direct. Definitely resonate. I feel like I eat a lot and have a quick metabolism during the day. I have always been skinny, but I eat a lot of food. And I do notice, eating in the dark gives me anxiety. I really need to SEE well when I’m eating. Don’t know if that relates.

    This was excellent! I have High Sound and street food in a crowded marketplace (my environment is outer markets) is literally my favorite. I also need the choice of everything, so as it may be overwhelming for some, it’s exactly what I need and I’ll know exactly what I need when I see it while looking through all the choices. I’m making myself excited just talking about it...LOL

    I only just discovered my determination (calm) and it came as a shock because I LOVE eating in front of the tv or looking at my phone. But when I do that, I am alone... And when I was a child I remember it took me ages to finish my food and I would often get up from the table (side note, I’m a Manifestor 💁🏻‍♀️). I do feel uncomfortable eating with others though, sometimes. This has brought so much reflection... I am curious to be more mindful about how I eat and experiment with calm in the following days. One hypothesis in my mind as to why I like eating in front of the Tv if I have a Calm determination is that maybe the distraction relaxes me? Lots to think and explore here. Thanks for the information! 🙌🏼✨

      Hey AleLorenzo, thanks for your comment. Well, this is interesting! I wonder what is your tone, and do you know what your environment is? I have Calm too, but for me I noticed I don't feel nourished if I don't pay attention to food and read a book in between. My problem is sometimes I want to distract myself, but for you, it might be something different. It seems like a habit almost. In any way, don't take things as they are written in stone and follow your authority when making decisions

      Gentle Guide My tone is Taste (if I’m understanding it all correctly... I am literally just now dipping my toes in this layer of Human Design 😅). And my environment is Shores - Artificial. You might be right about it being a habit thing for me, eating while distracted. I was exploring my memories of eating and I realized several things that do line up with the Calm determination (like preferring to eat alone or taking my food to my room, which rarely happens but I like it when it does). I don’t mind your advice at all, I appreciate it very much! It’s thanks to guides like yourself that us newcomers can learn 💖

      @@lotokunst ahh, I wasn't clear enough ... each of these 4 arrows has a corresponding tone which you get to see only if you have a paid (which makes sense, right) subscription to say Genetic Matrix. However, I would suggest you test things in say a week time. Maybe set a challenge and see how it feels, if there is any resistance, what is it and go from there. If you are up for it that is if you are happy with how things are and if they are serving you, disregard my suggestion. ) Thanks for your kind words though :)

    Splenic projector 2/4 - Determination is Indirect. I usually eats most meals when the sun is up. I love my breakfast! I have never really been thinking of eating in evening/ nighttime because I have heard that is not good for digestion!! I have always had problems with digestion though... Maybe I should experiment a little...? :0)

      6/2 emotional manifestor here, also indirect - I definitely have always thought that I should be eating through the day, and am now on a diet where I force regular meals, but have to say that I rarely have appetite for it. I always put it down to lifestyle factors, including stress, that made me feel this way but now I wonder if there is something more. For example, if I am distracted I will usually forget to eat all day and only start getting hungry around 5 or 6 when the sun is starting to set, I thought this was anxiety!

    Thank you, very interesting. Unfortunately, the chart Cenetic Matrix created for me does not have the upper fields, Foundation and Quantum.
    The direction of my variables I do know, but not what determines the colors. Although my Determination is receptive, I find myself on both sides.

    I love this video but I'm a little confused over where to find the color info. The top arrow on my body chart points right, which is receptive I believe. Under it, there are two numbers. a 4 in a triangle on the left, and a 3 in a circle next to it to the right. what do these numbers mean? I assume one of them is the color number you are referring to here? thank you!

      Hello Sheri, thank you for your question and for waiting patiently for my answer ... I am super busy with my studies hence the delay. A triangle is a tone and a circle represents a colour. On the right-hand side (Personality) there are 2 circles on each side, one is color and the other one is a transference color. I hope this answered your question, otherwise let me know. :)

    Thank you for this video, your voice is really soothing to listen to!
    I had a Human Design reading years ago and they told me I need to eat only one ingredient at a time, consecutively, no salt, no spices or anything-and obviously no bread or cheese.
    Basically I was told to eat “like a caveman” because my system is the most primitive and cannot handle so many ingredients at once. They said to think of it as if I was a caveman walking through nature and picking/eating fruit or nuts, one at a time, as I passed the various trees.
    They also said I need to look at my food while I eat it as it’s going into my mouth, and only concentrate on eating while I’m eating. This part seems easy to me, thankfully!
    They said eating one thing at a time would help keep my mind clear and help my health in many ways, and I’m sure it would! It makes a lot of sense to me.
    The thing is-and I know it sounds dramatic-but, that recommendation is like a death sentence to me. I love spicy foods, and multiple ingredients together, things like salads, soups, stews, tacos, basically everything that inherently has a ton of ingredients.
    I have been desperately looking for “recipes” for single
    -ingredients hoping to find various ways to prepare single ingredients to bring out more flavor and texture.
    But all of what I find online that advertises as “single ingredient recipe” involves bread or cheese or other spices along with fresh produce, so it’s not really one ingredient. It has been a frustrating search for sure.
    I stumbled on your video today looking for a Human Design perspective and some recipes or support with this specific recommendation.
    My stomach has been bothering me lately and my energy levels very low, so I want to experiment with this way of eating again, but it is so extremely opposite of how I am used to eating, I just don’t know how to ease into this.
    Going straight into eating only one ingredient at a time seems so difficult for me, but I feel like I’m “cheating” if I start by doing 3 or 5 ingredient recipes, and that I will still never get down to only one ingredient at a time with ease and comfort (or hopefully joy at some point 🤣)
    I feel frustrated and alone with this recommendation, especially with the way mine and my partners family prepare food traditionally (which is my favorite way to eat)
    I feel like I need a support group for this way of eating 😂 it’s too hard for me!
    I am a 6/3 Splenic Projector, by the way.

      Dear Heather, thank you so much for your comment and I'm sorry to hear that food caused so much frustration for you. I wonder what your tone is because it is also affecting our diet. Besides I am not into rigid rules but for supporting one to live their best and most balanced life. I would search connection with your body, so you can really hear what it needs and make slow changes. Nothing quick nor dramatic, that is never a good recipe. I'm not a nutritionist myself so perhaps you might want to contact one but overall, I would listen to your body and have a relationship with it that supports both ... I hope I helped with this comment, let me know if I can help in any other way.

    I'm 4 - nervous and I hate eating around people. Ugh, it makes sense that for the past few years I've had so many digestive issues. I eat alone most of the time. Is there a way that I can still honor the nervous determination without being around people?

      Did you mean if you can honour your nervous determination and being with people? I guess what I'd suggest is when eating with people to ask them to have light and fun conversations rather than dramatic or heavy. Not sure if that was the question though :)

I mean I am not giving you medical advice here but if you want to eat alone, why not if that's your preference ... I really can't see the problem with that. It would be different if you would want to avoid social situations altogether or get anxiety around them but I don't think this is the case here at least what my understanding is ... let me know your thoughts. If your heart is longing for space, then it's no question, at least not for me :)

    Hi I am puzzled, my chart indicates that my digestion type is alternating appetite in one human design web site, ans in this one that you mentioned, I am a nervous eater , and thst the environment is kitchen dry , Listening to the capsul here, I understand that I should eat in a calm environment but the kitchen is usually a very active place... I think I'm mixing everything up.

    all my arrows go outward. sigh. I find it hard to find a job I like, and really hard to eat right. I am an open taster (2) it says active. I really am sick of eating 3x a day, I dont say i want to fast but I am not hurngry and forcing myself to eat 3 meals. i have meat and carb gates. I have no idea how to eat to get this excess weight off, and experimenting 6 years, help. Job too: should I use my north node gates for job suggestions? Thank you. MG 4/6 off the roof

    What about all the other variations or levels. I am color 2 tone 2. So what i know for sure is that I am open taste (my arrow face left) - but how do I know what is right for my digestive system and my body regarding sound, touch, thirst and so on. Am I automatically active in all the other levels as well? And the tone isn't used in this chart right? It's connected to cognition right?

      Hey Vicki, in this chart I talked about color not tone. I don't know if I understood your question ... how do you know what is right in terms of food ... then you also mentioned other senses ... well, one is prominent and it's how you take in and assess what works for you or not.     I'm on the site, and once i swithed the option from "Quantum" to "Body" my design date changed...is that normal?
    My original DOB is 1996/12/04 then it swited to 1996/09/04.......

    I am cold, and this fits, it is reassuring that chilli is considered a "cold" food because I've been avoiding it since finding out my determination but I have always enjoyed it.
    I also love eating cold leftovers right from the fridge. And don't mind when my cuppa gets cold. Mum thinks I'm crazy but I'm pretty sure she is hot, as is my son. Makes meal times complicated.

    I thought this was interesting. I have indirect light (6). It’s a bit confusing because I am very much a morning person and need to eat as soon as I wake up and every 3/4 hours or things go really bad. Is this saying that I shouldn’t eat at all during the day or that I should have larger meals at night when the sun goes down?
    My daughter is a thirst hot (3) which does make sense as I’ve seen when meals are warmer she does tend to gravitate to that food. Though she does still eat other things like peanut butter crackers all the time.

      Heidi, I believe that you can experiment what works best for you and also know that you might not need to be focused solely on food … think about if you can study or digest information easiest at night.
      I find that with determination, the tone also plays its role.
      Heidi, I am like you when it comes to eating, I need to eat every 3/4 hours since the moment I wake up, like a baby hehe but otherwise I can’t function.
      Not sure if I helped you with that but if you feel called to do an experiment and see how it goes. I am not a nutritionist but I wouldn’t suggest any radical or sudden changes.

      Pay attention to circles (those are colors) ... you don't need the paid version I believe, you've got everything in one place even though you can't see body separately it's all in one page.

    I'm a bit confused. I may be off-base here but I think you may have gotten the Open/Closed left/right descriptions reversed. You described the Left (which in your chart is Open) but the description is the opposite of Open (i.e., doesn't need to experiment, should establish routines, more selective about foods, types of foods and eating regimine and schedule) where the description of Closed is the opposite of "closed" (trying more types of foods, less regimented in eating schedule and variety of foods eaten, etc.).
    Also, you say that those with an Active brain need more food than those with Receptive. What chart marker are you referring to here? Do you mean the Variable Transformation Arrow in Determination (aka Digestion), or are you referring to the Body Brain field, or the Mind Mind field. These markers all indicate Active/Receptive so which do you mean?

      To answer the second question ... Active brain is the top left arrow facing left. That is Determination, yes. Those who have active brains need more food because their brain never stops. It's a good point, I haven't thought of it, but yes, this one applies to a body component.

    It's strange, but I find I have an almost equal tendency across several of the numbers/colors. I'm a Nervous Touch, and some of that tendency fits (I like to be occupied & stimulated while I eat - I can't just sit there quietly & still on my own), but I am definitely 'Calm' when it comes to my ingestion of information. I am also sensitive to noise while I eat (don't like loud or jarring noises), am very adventurous with my food choices and seek out new flavours and ethnicities, am willing to try just about anything. And then I also have a tendency to want to just simplify my meals, and when I find a particular dish or meal that i love, I can eat the same thing for long stretches of time. Another little observation is that, of the very few foods I don't like, I mostly dislike them because of texture (touch) rather than taste or smell. Very interesting stuff!

    I'm a projector and my determination is consecutive. For me, it doesn't mean to eat only one thing in a meal, but rather not mixing the different parts of the meal. For instance in a whole meal like arabic couscous, as a child I was crazy about having the different parts neatly stacked separately in my plate, versus the veggies and meat on the top of the semolina like everyone else, and although everyone was insisting I should have it that way. Then I would eat them in my own order, a little bit of this then a little bit of that in a consecutive way. Not blend at all, but rather contrasting the different tastes and textures. And always leaving the one I liked best to the end. To this day I still highly enjoy having a tray of different nibbles that I eat separately or simply paired in my own order. For instance I would prepare green salad, cheese, berries, maybe some meat, and walnuts, and have them either alone or paired differently at different moments of the meal - bread and cheese, or cheese and lettuce, meat and yoghurt, yoghurt and cucumber, nuts and cheese, or nuts and lettuce... Never everything altogether.

    Hi! I'm new to the channel, your content is amazing!. I don't know if it's the right video for posting this, but... I have a doubt regarding my type, I'm a mental projector. I signed up to the Genetic Matrix website to check my determination; however, when I am on that chart (body), it appears that my type is reflector, same thing when I check the mind chart. On the quantum chart I'm a mental projector. Why are they different? Thank you!

What you did there was isolate your body chart from the whole chart hence it gave you the information that it was a reflector, but that is just body type and you are a whole, meaning body + personality and as you said a mental projector.     Okay. I am a Nervous touch. But my chart also included, event indirect light. I used to live in New York City years ago. I loved candlelight dinners in restaurants with others around. Not super noisy with tv blaring. Just excellent food. Now I live alone and have been under lockdown. I’ve always read that you are supposed to eat quieting and focus on one bite at a time. I can’t do it. I’ve been watching/ reading on my iPad while I eat. Now I know why. I like the stimulation while I eat. I hope to get back to restaurants soon.

    Thank you so much for this beautiful information it’s so useful and I’m really grateful thank you.
    I do have a question though I am a type one hunter active now I have found that when it comes to specific things having single ingredients works perfect I can share example sometimes I find that I would do up a lettuce into parts and just eat it sit down in a sitting and eat it.
    But I’ve also found that during the day portion it’s very important to get a feeling nutritious meal in me because I am a manifesting generator with primarily everything but my solar plexus defined in the bottom half of my chart everything else’s is undefined or open. I am now experimenting with 4 to 5 ingredient smoothies and seeing that as one meal and just eating more through out A day.

      I'd say that Google is your friend or maybe another suggestion would be trying to find people on Instagram whom you share the same Determination, I believe it is possible.. Best luck but mostly, trust yourself. You know yourself better than anyone else.

      Well this is very hard to hear as an alternating Appetite as I am very much so the kind of person who likes to have a big mixture of multiple foods at one time. I like variety, sauce, sides, drinks with my main dish. though have always struggled with being overwrought even when I feel I am not eating a lot I still feel bloated and full and gain weight

      Hello Elena, I know, there is little on this and the only thing I'd add is that number 6 is the last one. This is where transformation can occur so you don't need to be rigid as life may take you in the unknown territory. That said, always check in with your intuition, your authority before you make decisions. I'd like to know if this feels right for you in the first place?

    Hey miss I'd like to point something out that may be an error. On Ra's lecture of phs he has Low in the receptive, and High in the active. I also double checked my variable on the Jovian Archive, and all my arrows point to the Right, PRR, DRR. I put the same information into the genetic matrix chart, and I got Low, as a determination, which goes against my info on the Human Design Main site. The way you have it says im one part left and three parts right, while the main site says im all right?

I don't remember exactly but I think you can choose a month or a day for having an upgraded account and then you can download all the maps/readings.       It is specifically true for #5, you say that "high" is active, but in the table it is the other way around...?

      If you are new to this it can be confusing. Okay, let's see if I can provide any clarity. Well, active-left and receptive-right. The name "Color" can be confusing because one could expect an actual color. What it means though is a color of experience. I don't want to go to all the details, but read about how neutrino enters crystal of consciousness and then what it comes out is called color. Meaning it has a certain value. So basically there are 6 colours/options. In Determination part, you can first check your top left arrow and see which way it is turned. If left, then you know yours will be active, if right it will be passive. I hope it makes more sense now.

    Hi there! Really appreciate your videos! I have a doubt though: I have the arrow (top right) pointing to the right, so I am receptive? And I have Sound/Low. But in the video Low falls in the Active column? I was wondering if there is an error in the table? Thaks!

    Touch Calm here ! Tried so many diets, always gaining weight and loosing because I eat opposite than I should meaning like a person who has nervous 😬 touch. Emotional eating and eating in front of Tv 📺 or while listening TH-cam videos. It can be hard transition but I try small steps. I eat now my dinner at the table with calming music, with my partner but not talking, focused on food. I will also try to touch food more and connect to it 😊 Any other tips ? This explanation is great, thank you so much 🙏

    I'm 1, Consecutive. Somehow in my young 20s I developed a taste for more complicated food combinations. As a child I didn't want my food to touch, I thought it tasted bad if it did. Throughout my youth I did eat pretty simply. Sometimes whole fruits one at a time for lunch, a piece of cheese by itself, a meat by itself. Most of my meals now have combinations of foods and spices. A favorite restaurant has meals with so many ingredients, sometimes I just want a piece of grilled salmon on rice. When I'm getting over an illness like a cold, I crave really simple things. I wonder if it would be healthier for me to eat very simply every day.

      @@gentleguide I tried eating very simply, one simple food at a time, for five days. My mind was clearer, and I felt more awake and like I had more energy. I didn't need caffeine. It was pleasantly uplifting. It will take some time to change habits though, it will be worth it if I can.

    Mine is ‘cold’ however... I’ve had an underlying digestive issue for several years and through my investigations I believe it to be ‘dampness’ in the body. It flares up when I have colder foods and things considered dampening such as bread. What soothes this issue is warm drinks and meals.

      Danielle, your body knows best ... what I'd say is also that our digestion gets affected by our thoughts/worries etc. The body is connected to our mind and our emotions and often times we can help support our body by taking care of our thoughts or environment by say meditation etc. I didn't mean to comment but there you go ... a projector who can't help themselves heheh :)

      Dampness can be caused by living in a colder environment than what your body prefers, worrying, eating lots of dairy, excessive carbs or sugars. A Chinese medicine practitioner could help you discover what causes too much internal dampness for your particular body. ... and the remedies. Obviously dampness caused by worry will have a very different solution than dampness caused by a dietary allergy.... You need more specific information before you choose a treatment.

    Intuitively before I knew I was a hot food type I always have gravitated towards temperature hot food and spicy foods. I also am a vata body type in Ayurveda and that matches too. I really do not like cold food at all. I used to force myself to drink cold smoothies in the morning because I thought I “should”. I also refuse to eat food that is supposed to be warm but has cooled down to room temp haha.

      August color is actually a number, not sure why it's named this way but don't expect to hear blue, red, yellow etc :) Hope this helps

      Hello, thank you for this question ... the first thing that came to my mind was, that stimulating environment doesn't mean noise one can't tolerate. Maybe in your case, you can enjoy your meal with a good book, movie, music or something. I am guessing here ... If you followed the procedure on how to get your environment then it must be right. There are also other factors in the story so don't feel you need to fit in perfectly ... I hope this helps

      @@xNoraElise you are so welcome if you have an advanced membership you can see your tone. If you are very mentally active than you need more food by default. If your brain is perceptive (right top left arrow) do you ever find it draining to be very active with your mind? Just asking out of curiosity.

      You are not missing anything, all is well. It is simply that body has formed before personality, roughly 3 months ago and hence you have 2 different dates. If you extract body type from the design type your chart looks different, because you are looking just one part of it. That all as it should be.

    Hi thank you very much for the explanation. I’m open taste and I really don’t care about what other people think about my preferences in food. And I’m definitely this type it’s so incredible. I love cooked vegetables and vegetable soups and I just don’t like meat in general. I noticed that I always cook or order the same thing and I was wondering if I was a bit narrow minded but I see that it is actually my body functioning correctly.

    Hi - I enjoy your explanation, clarity and voice. Clear explanation in HD is highly needed! The way you advice to find one´s determination puzzles me. When I go to the genetic matrix site and click on the body chart, my design crystal shows up and I become a totally different type! Is this a calculation error from the software, or are we talking design crystal date when it comes to food? I don´t recognize the line that produces at all! Is there a way to read the determination food type from a regular body graph? Like, I´m a 6/2 profile - does it have to do with those lines? Thank you.

      Silvie, you asked some great questions. To answer the first one. When you choose Body graph in Genetix Matrix it shows just one part of your design. I wrote about it in the comments but it doesn't mean that your initial design changes. It is just part of it, in that case, the subconscious part (red column).
      I don't know how to get access to the information behind arrows just by looking at our body chart. Sorry about that.
      However, the lines of your profile are shown in your conscious/subconscious Sun ... so Body and Design part. I think I've done a short video on this so you might watch it if you want to. Thanks for asking and I hope what I answered is clear, otherwise don't hesitate to ask.

    I'm not sure what my variables are because I don't know my definite birth time. I have noticed that I digest best when calm - but calm is never on my own. On my own and in quiet I don't feel calm. When I eat with my family or whole listening to music I then feel calm and I digest much better then.

    However I am very confused as I identified myself with ALL the colors from the Left/Direct variable. I have a left variable and on my body chart on geneticmatrix tells me ”Brain Active”, ”Determination: Direct” and ”Cognition: External Vision”.
    Is it possible for me to resonate with all the colors?

    Hi there, thanks for the video. My determination is direct (Light, 6) and my transference is hot (Thirst, 3), which makes sense since for a long time i was eating spicy food though i could feel not being good for me, specially eating at night. Though i find interesting that i do resonate with Calm and Low, which are neither my transference. I've been digging into my studies though the digestion has been an interesting one and i really can hear my body wanting me to change my diet. Any thoughts?

      Viviane, thanks for your comment. If you have access to your Tone, that might be a missing component. I personally resonate with what my tone suggests and by all means, listen to your body before everything, even HD

      What do you mean by transference? So far as I can see, the chart gives one color and tone relating to food, the Determination or arrow on the upper left (unconscious) side... Mine is Color 6 (light/direct), and tone 3 (outer vision). I see nothing about a shift to a different color.

      I haven't? The color is no. 6, and this isn't about a specific food ... it's having a meal when the light is indirect, so mostly after it's dark. Does it make sense?
