I don’t think it’s the orb packs that are making them the most money, but the packs, especially the character ones. By having orbs cost so much, Klab can put a few orbs in those packs in order to raise those values much higher than they would be worth. If orbs cost less then Klab would have to place more orbs in the packs to keep the same prices of the packs.

The pricing in this game is INSANE. For 100 dollars you should get any character you want 5/5, hell at least even 2 characters 5/5 from every banner, but in BBS not even 500 dollars can guarantee you a single 1/5 character, HUGE SCAM. Glad I never spent a dollar on this game

I hace so many characters(maybe 120+) few maxed out, then tried to max out the rest all to atleast get one copy of her and i went straight to 25 steps very very very hardly like u can't imagine, without tickets sometimes, without max out materials, even had to resurrect some through bbs simulator, and somehow got one copy at that ticket summon , like god they should have a decent pity system
