I worked as a print finisher for 15 years, I chose not to be a machine operator, this made me awkward though because all the other guys there were machine operators.i didn't want to become one, the management didn't make me become one either.do you have to ask to become one or do management make you become one?
Did you know Paul pitt there is a way to make a z fold going up and up in plates 1 and 3 NOT using plates 2 or 4 the lower bottom plates.. its really weird and there is no reason unless bottom plates are broken or for some reason can only be used in deflector position, Do you know mike devine who knows baum folders as a mechanic..
