MBO America demonstrates MBO's flagship buckle folder, the T800.1. This is our most common configuration (Automated 6/4/4 with Continuous Feeder) for the USA market. The buckle folder is most widely used in America because of its flexibility. It can fold nearly any format from nearly any sheet size. Great for the commercial print market. In this automated controls version, the machine fits well into a short run environment, while its blazing 230 mpm speed easily makes easy work of long runs. 23"x35" sheets can run in excess of 13,000 sheets/hour adapting well to the new production rates of high speed offset press environments. And, at a 2x - 3x speed enhancement over legacy folding machines, labor reduction and lower production costs offset the investment in a short period.
