NFS has fallen off, almost every racing game today has become too obsessed on achieving realism. Yes, there were realistic racing sims back then, BUT at least there was a choice to have a fun arcade racing game like Midnight Club, NFS Most Wanted, Burnout, etc. Nowadays the sim racing games dominate the racing genre.

Wow... You had the best start to a campaign I've ever seen, so many achievements and some that aren't that easy to get. Also, I'm really happy to see players from back in the days coming back. I've seen the up in B3 for a few months now, truly heartwarming.
damn the nostalgia. had a friend send a vid of a car crash that had the sounds, the boost meter etc. been 10+ years since i last played but those are sounds ill never forget.
dam On all these races, i totally would have crashed without being takendown like 30 times, like almost all my races. Great driving. The race with the flat formula car that has max speed and minimum weight is nearly impossible not to crash like a fiend on the insane coast track.

Some of the best soundtracks ever in a video game and my all time favorite racing game. The takedown aspect was ahead of its time with this.
