if you ever make it out to Northwest Arkansas (NWA), we would love to show you around the creeks and rivers in our area. They produce some awesome small/largemouth bass. Keep up the great work and fishing videos! Thank you,
The Flint River is beautiful brother. Those shoal bass looked really cool and action was unreal. Our river trip went pretty well in IL today. Had a huge smally chasing bait fish and swiped at my Chug Bug twice. But the third time it chased it back to the boat like a shark. Glad you and Aaron enjoyed that time. Blessings John
Nice find! Killer looking fish! 👌. I just ordered more helgramites from Tw. Picked up so.e yum,and nikko,as well as more bulletz hooks! Thx for sharing John.
@22:06 John Funny thing, many years ago I was working organizing Mountain bike races in Canaan Valley WV, I brought lunchmeat for everyone working that day, resulting in the nickname "lunchmeat" LOL. Thanks for the memory!
Good to see you and Aaron back together doing some fishing. Looks like you guys had an amazing day out there on the river. Those Shoal bass are so pretty and fight like crazy,,,, AMAZING DAY God Bless and Go KATS!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the lure ideas, John! I ordered two packs from LureNet to bring to Tennessee next month & your discount code worked great, and they had them shipped the next day! Hope I can get half as many fish on them as you get! THANKS!! :-)
Nice fishing trip ! A whole lotta wading and dragging going on in the last several videos. I can see the tiredness on your face. It is a nice tent, but I don't think it would fit four John Dalton sized people ! LOL ! Always so good to see you and Aaron fishing together. The shoal bass are beautiful and the Flint is a perfect place for them. No alligators or water moccasins on this trip !?! Well maybe next time ! Looked like a lot of hot fun ! I don't like driving through Hotlanta at all !!!!!!! Always be safe. Pap Blevins
Come back in early summer/late spring when then river lilies are blooming and the shoalbass are spawning it’s truly amazing. God’s artistry is on full display. I really appreciate your style of videos thank you hope to see you on the river one day
need to look into dehydrated meals. something to eat right out of the pouch. portable charger for camera batteries cell phone. good bright flashlight 🔦 lantern bring extra batteries first aide kit even if it’s over night. life straws fresh set of clothes
Enjoy the videos...have you every seen how Richard Gene The Fishing Machine attaches his rubber lures on his hooks where you don't have to continually adjusting the lure back on the hook after catching a fish? I think you are working to hard readjusting your lure after every fish...just a thought...check him out!
@CreekFishingAdventures haven't seen anyone fish right handed with the reel on the left. I like it. The idea of constantly having to switch hands to the eight side reel seems finicky. Thanks man
It seems like Shoal Bass require a lot of work to reach them.I know you don't usually tell your location, but where is this? Florida,Georgia? SOUTHERN OUTER SPACE.
It seems to me that you hook most of your bass in the mouth. My experience is to hook most of them deeper inside making it more difficult to release without injury. Is there something I am doing that’s causing that? I would love to have easier hook removal? Is that a thing?
That was definitely a fun trip! Next time we gotta go when it’s not so dang hot!
Those shoal bass are really cool-looking predators and what a gorgeous river!
You used it finally!! It's the best hellgrammite color I think. I jave been killing bass all summer long on it. Curious to watch video now.
That was a great day man! Y’all got on them, those Shoalies fight so hard!
The water is certainly crystal clear.Great colors on the fish!
Yum might as well change the name of that color to the John Dalton Special. Awesome day!
I think the Crescent would have been a better choice for the trip. I really enjoy your videos. That river is on my bucket list for sure.

Love that Color Helli in muddy water, fished it this morning in a Zoom 6” Trick Worm for 3 nice City Park Bass. Thanks for the starter Pack.

I bought a couple battery operated fans for camping in summer. Not perfect but they definitely help 😉😉😉
I know the hellgrammite profile works great up here in Lake Michigan for smallmouth and largemouth
That river looks awesome & catching all those shoallies you were flat wearing them out! Great video,!🎣👍
Nice bass, i wish you both best of luck for the next day. God bless you both and your families and friends...🙏❤🙏❤🙏

So awesome! We’ve been catching shoal bass on hellgramites in recent videos too!
Very cool!

Looks like a great day on the water! I bet it was like a little oven in the tent.

Awesome adventure brother!!😎
Another great video! Enjoyed the action 💪🎣❤️
Great video. You guys sure had some fun and caught a lot of fish in that hot weather. I bet it was nice to cool off in the current.
Great video. I’ve fished that part of the Flint a bunch of times. One of my favorite places to fish.
Yes sir we fish the Flint all the time. where ever you are on the flint it's looks like a good place to wade and fish.
I use that color in the Yum Dinger. I’ve had bass leave cover ten to twelve feet away to hit it.
cool video.
Please next time Can you show more of the camping? would love to see that as much as fishing.
thanks
When fishing for different types of bass, how about explaining/showing how they differ from smallmouths for those of us up north.
Those micro chatters with a bobby garland trailer really work great for me. The tiny 1/8 ones with no skirt.
Caught a 3lber the other day on one with a monkey milk og shad
Those shoal bass were nice🐟🎣🐟🎣
Another really good video, thanks! I’ve been having breathing problems with this heat, so thanks for taking me along 👍
Is like a mix between a smallmouth and largemouth that neat
Fishing my home waters . John you found my happy place.
it was fun
Come back in early summer/late spring when then river lilies are blooming and the shoalbass are spawning it’s truly amazing. God’s artistry is on full display. I really appreciate your style of videos thank you hope to see you on the river one day

Man those fish are Feisty. Seems to be hard to hold onto. But They are beautiful specimens. Water looks great.
need to look into dehydrated meals. something to eat right out of the pouch. portable charger for camera batteries cell phone. good bright flashlight 🔦 lantern bring extra batteries first aide kit even if it’s over night. life straws fresh set of clothes

AWESOME VIDEO! Looksdzsdz like a blast. Quick question,, is that a "left handed" baitcaster???
the reel handle is on the left side
@CreekFishingAdventures haven't seen anyone fish right handed with the reel on the left. I like it. The idea of constantly having to switch hands to the eight side reel seems finicky. Thanks man
Nice catches do they fight like a spot or largemouth
they are strong, they live in current i think even more than spots and smallies, i still think smallmouth are the strongest
The best lure ever
It seems like Shoal Bass require a lot of work to reach them.I know you don't usually tell your location, but where is this? Florida,Georgia? SOUTHERN OUTER SPACE.
flint river georgia
nect time your in ga float the ocmulgee river i promise you wont regret it
They didn't break into your truck while you were fishing?
man.. good looking fish. How many did Aron get?
i dont know, he should have a video out soon

hmm im not sure, i usually only hook them deep if i wait too long to set the hook
@@CreekFishingAdventures Thanks. I was actually wondering if that may be the issue. I’ll have to work on that.
You didn’t stop at the Varsity for hotdogs, onion rings, hot apple pie and a shake. I just gained 5 pounds typing it in
Prolly so
All that wrong lane driving through downtown Atlanta.
too many lanes
@@CreekFishingAdventures Too many people! I left Atlanta 32 years ago and there were too many then!
If I'd known y'all liked the flint.... Man hit me up I'll put you on em
Why don’t you guy’s get the Motorola walkie talkies to communicate if you are far apart.
