I often wish I was back in Capri, but the steps and hills would be so hard for me now!! but seeing you so happy in Positano brings my life whan I was young back to me, so keep making your filmsas I enjoy them somuch. We were there 5 years ago too, but this time we have a valuable added resource in our Positano preparations; your videos. Everyday life videos from Positano are in fact very inspiring and increase our anticipation greatly, so a heartfelt mille grazie is in order! Also, the technical quality of your videos has increased dramatically in the last few months, to the ironic point that you now potentially contribute to an increased flow of tourist into Positano yourself. («Ironic» because you somewhere stated that what you like the least about Positano are the crowds of tourists ...) Please don't let that stop you from doing what you're doing; I for one love it, and you may even risk that I thank you personally should we bump into you! (I'll thank Holly, at the very least ...)

What an adventure your life is! I love your story. Your pets are adorable. It's awesome that your daughter is perfectly bilingual. My mother tongue is Spanish (I'm Argentinian) and I speak English as a second language. I have to work on my accent. I understand a bit of Italian (because of its similarity to Spanish) but I am sure the local Positano dialect must be so difficult and super hard to understand. I love languages and travelling but I find it hard to do it as often as I would like to. Italy is definitely in my bucket list...
I've wondered how you ended up permanently in Italy since I came across your insta! I first went to Italy when I was 14, then insisted we go twice a year every year until I moved to Milan myself after college. I only stayed a year, but always planned to go back when I was a bit older and settled ( I was missing England by the time I came home) then my sister met her Italian now Husband and moved there herself, so now I get to visit many times through the year and get the best of both worlds! Italy is such a beautiful place. If you love it, you love it forever. I haven't been to the south yet, but I long to! To be, honest, I thought you were in your 20s until you mentioned you had a daughter in another video. You look great! Your videos are so lovely, Thanks for posting!

I love your story... I am with a Hispanic I have always been attracted to languages, but do not think I am fluent in any of them... I have been to the Amalfi coast twice, one of my favourite places! Did the Path of the Gods both times - pretty hard going - esp all the steps back down into Positano!! So happy to have found your channel - my dream is to live part-time in Italy - just need to persuade my husband 😆

I really like your videos, always wondered about your story, thanks for sharing. I travel to Italy usually about once a year, have done for about 8 years now, and my husband and I actually lived there for 6 months in 2013/2014, mostly in the town of Minori. I actually just returned from a trip to the Amalfi Coast with a friend less than two weeks ago. It calls me back time and time again! There was a wedding in Ravello the day we walked up there. I wonder if you did the bridal party make-up! It was Oct. 22. Keep posting great videos. Ciao from Canada

Wonder if you did the wedding? It was beautiful, despite the unseasonable morning to night thunderstorm! I was so impressed with the wedding organizers, who sprang into action and managed to have spur of the moment towels, flip-flops and tenting waiting for 150 people when they ended their climb to the villa where it was held. My daughter n I spent 4 days in gorgeous Positano October 2019! Absolutely love the peaceful gorgeous town!
I went in October too, just not in 2019. It was not crowded at all! It was perfect!

Hi, just discovered your channel. I’m an American in Paris, having met a Frenchman years and years ago, whose best friend’s daughter got married about four years ago in... Positano! Wonder if you did the wedding? It was beautiful, despite the unseasonable morning to night thunderstorm! I was so impressed with the wedding organizers, who sprang into action and managed to have spur of the moment towels, flip-flops and tenting waiting for 150 people when they ended their climb to the villa where it was held. Fell in love with your town and it’s people. Just subscribed.
I so enjoy yr video of Positano. Would love to live just for one year to get experience life over there..

Questions for a future video-does your daughter want to stay in Positano when she grows up? Are there any jobs in Positano that you could keep all year? And how expensive is it to live there?
