I think they have great styles and I love them both.
Michelle had some outfits that were gorgeous. But, I don't think she ever found her own unique, signature fashion style. She chose to mix it up a lot and It was rather unpredictable. She did not come from the fashion world so she was more like most of us. I think she tried to choose wardrobes that related to a broad spectrum of Americans. Nice really!
Melania has a more succinct sense of style. I'm always awestruck at her choices which seem to be so carefully thought out. It may be more than fashion that is striking. It may be her height, her posture, her long legs, thin physique and her personal composure that carries the clothing. She looks amazing. Setting aside politics, loving or hating Trump, loving or hating Melania, she is a work of art . I wish I had her posture. I'm working on it. She is calm, serene, private and doesn't need the limelight. She is her own person.
