I'm building a 2007 mxz 440 x. Running the 440 on 100LL for this Season then swapping to 827 with a new block. Only a jumping sled towed in the hills behind dad's titan for this season.
It fixes the cooling problem in the 03-07 800. Opening up intake and exhaust ports making good hp. Domes can be trimmed to add compression for race fuel. All around reliable setup and major gains. They had a heat soak problem from factory

I'm debating on getting this kit. I believe its 1400 for everything
if you don't do the porting. What's 600 dollars more when your that far. it's only 11 hp but you will feel it and it's only 600 dollars.
a 440/827 mod would be nice!
In the process of doing it myself. 07 440 with 827. All original shocks only 1000km on the chassis

Only 91,92 octane? We have 95 to 98 octane in sweden!
We also have a different octance-grading system
That head is sweet looking. Looks machined not cast. That's going to look awesome on your sled. I run 93 octane in my sled.
The Rave Valve's is what you had machined, 2-Smoke's engine's don't have Exhaust Valve's
