I asked the nurse if she could turn on the Womens' NCAA games, so she did and it was this Iowa game. 5 minutes later cam the blatant left roundhouse elbow to C.C.'s head. Whoa.......she kept her cool, but I wouldn't have blamed her if she'd have counter punched. Nothing like running some decent smack during a tournament, right ?
Why would she get thrown out? Players don't get ejected for complaining about bad officiating. It wasn't "whining" that hurt the team, it was the sh1tty officiating. Dad needs to back up his daughter and quit being an @sshole.
While Caitlin is an amazing player, and she’s got star quality……we do have to acknowledge the fact that in a few recent games especially their first loss of the season….either Caitlin never actually got hurt and she was just being dramatic, or she did get knocked around a bit but it was never anything crazy serious and she still wanted to act a bit dramatic over it. Now my best friend is a huge Iowa fan and she loves Caitlin, but even she thought that Caitlin was doing too much during this game and has been having “flop” moments recently.

This world has enough constant negativity, let your talent and skills showcase what hard work and commitement while enjoying what you do infleunce our younger kids to be positive. When i Coach youth Sports, i also teach sportsmanship, leadership - so They can take it to the classroom, take home and most important when people are watching you that you don’t see (in the world). In the meantime - keep ballin at a high level 😊
