Thank you for this new video. The result is still as beautiful, bravo. I was impatient to see your new videos, I hope that the return to work was not too difficult after the holidays. Kind regards xris
Hey Chris This is AL, from Vancouver BC CANADA, a lifetime machinist, what is the Make and model of your machine? What kind of machine would you prefer better than this one? Cheers
@alireza1340 This is a Hankook PROTEC-9NC. I've been running this thing for about 15 years, no major issues, really ridgit machine. We used to have a Dainichi lathe I really liked, but a lot more expensive.
Still learning here and starting to work with bigger stuff, but how do you get the centers cut in the end of the part? Mostly thinking for stuff that is too big to fit through the headstock (mine is significantly smaller :) )
Thank god you're back! CEE wasn't on this morning, I was having withdrawals.
Yeah, me too. Wondering why
Its cool to see it assembled. It never gets old watching your videos. Thanks
Nice work, Chris.
Thanks for bringing us along 👍
Great video loved the view from over the top of the screw cutting tool. Savage 👍thanks for sharing 👍
I like that you show the whole process from a steel bar to the part’s application
Long time no see Chris. Looking good

Nice bit of work. I don’t know what you do with the time it takes to make those long cuts but you could get through audiobooks pretty quickly.
Hello Chris. Always more interesting when you show the drawing first, with tolerances, G T & D. That way we can follow your machining strategy.
