I'm lost in translation. What with public humiliation? They revealed the wrongdoings in the family meeting. Wrong is wrong and should be corrected even though the culprit is someone we care, value and love but doors should be left open for communications and forgiveness. Don't leave this world with hatred in your heart. Humility is the plot where all other virtues grow.
Why do I get the feeling mom is playing favorites because Emma and Mike look like her ex husband and she’s extremely bitter about it? Linda grew up being the golden child and became her mother’s mini me (also losing her relationship) and has no one to blame but herself for being a fool. Now Linda and mom can be bitter, lonely gold diggers together with no one on their side.
