There are very rare cases where you get 1:1 conversion with Marriot points, so the returns that you are mentioning are not necessarily true
Absolutely. The points are worth just 20 to 25 paise at Marriott.

1:1 transfer is always avaiable when you convert to mariot. Some times you can get more than one as well. What value you extract from marriot points depends on the property you choose.
Amex fan boy visit patna as marriot giving him 4 rupee per point return and ditched plan to goa as return was bismal 0.5 per point
Bonvoy hotel are over priced when you pay through point which makes your return half

Amazon has very limited policy holders on it best medical insurance hdfc and star are not listed on these also hdfc does not allow you to pay from amex card

Sir 1 question… Mr points are not generated on Utility, rent and feul but these expenses are counted in Milestone benefits? Say if i pay rent of 1,90,000 so will that be counted?
Yes. But no rent payment gateways accept Amex

you are charged at the beginning of the year, so if you call Amex (make sure you call Amex to cancel your card) you will not be charged for the next year, and they may try to make some offers to retain you
