2:42 - The Prophet always fasted these days.
4:18 - 1st reason: Fasting purifies the heart from evil qualities and character.
14:46 - 2nd reason: Fasting gives a person control over their gaze and desire.
20:18 - 3rd reason: Fasting 3 days of every month equals (in reward,) to the fasting of an entire year.
22:33 - 4th reason: The fasting people enter the Paradise through a special door known as "Ar-Rayaan (to drink until you're satisfied)".
28:24 - 5th reason: The words of the Prophet ﷺ: "There's nothing like it (i.e. fasting)".
30:44 - 6th reason: Fasting intercedes for the person on the Day of Judgement.
32:52 - 7th reason: Fasting is the only act of worship a person can engaged in for many hours non-stop.
34:35 8th reason: Whoever observes fasting and then dies on that same day he fasted, will enter the Paradise.
36:16 - 9th reason: The breath of the fasting person is better to Allah ﷻ than the smell of Musk.
38:42 -10th reason: The person having Sahoor (pre-dawn meal) in preparation for fasting, will earn the prayers (i.e. praise) of Allah ﷻ and the prayers (i.e. supplication) of the Angels.

May Allah make us from amongst those who are frequent in fasting, and make us amongst those who earn the blessing of entering through any gate of Paradise, Ameen 🤲🏽
And what if you do these three days and also every Monday and Thrsday how good would that be. Sometimes you may be fasting a Monday or thrsday and light day at the same time. May Allah help help us to-do this practice and not just limit fasting to Ramadan alone Aameen Yaa Raab.
