Have never heard such an appealing convincing lecture nd logical on salat Allah may give long nd length life to our dear zoud so that we may get maximum benefits from his knowledge he has ❤❤❤❤
I am very fat person . I really want to pray probably like most people do but i cant pray probably because of my pain in my body like my knee and when i sit down i cant bow down to say sajda. I want to pray probably. I feel sad and shamed 🤲 and my mum doesnt pray anymore shes got mental health problem i wish she prayed may allah forgive us.
Look on TH-cam for how to pray whilst sitting in a chair, laying down. Allah has made ways for us to pray to him even when we are incapable of doing it like everyone else. It's ALL to do with our intentions. Don't let the shaytans whispers lead you to believe that, Allah won't accept your salat whilst doing it differently according to your physical ability. Ask Allah in Salat to grant you ease, ask him to grant you good health. I have the same issues with my knees and Alhamdullillah i struggle through it and don't give up. When it's really bad, I pray sitting down. I also have problems with my neck and back. Even before starting your salat, ask Allah to make it easy for you to perform it. Please sister, don't give up sister. May Allah grant u ease and accept your duas. Aameen
You can pray sitting. A paraplegic would pray laying in bed. Make an intention to start, if you haven't, start with one of the 5 if all is too hard and do it every day. Then add a second one and keep up with that every day. Eventually you would have the habit of doing all 5 every day. Doing all 5 always is the goal, but we all have our troubles. Do your best, whatever that is, and push to improve starting from where you are. Struggle, don't give up.
I knew it! I just watch your video on Khushu'a a few days ago and now it is very hard (harder than ever before) for me to focus is salaah. لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ
