Depends on he leage you play in, usualy I can get him with every club once I promote from 3rd to 2nd division.
I think as long you have money and famous club you have no problem..

@@adidasaddict2023 Kaka has a huge potential ability rating though, if you want to sign a lesser player, say Nikiforenko, you have to pay more.
