I like your reviews,the only thing missing and that’s not only in your reviews there’s not enough talk about the wine ,in my opinion an essential part of fine dining.
interesting format. it would be nice to have a little more info about the menu. you could take a little time lookig at the names of dishes, prices, produce etc, and of course, the wine list. but great!
