    Excellent content, I watched all episodes and learned many things. Explanation was clear and the critics also. Great work 😊

    Another random guy with a cell phone pretending to be a “food critic” 😂 This poser doesn’t even do something unique. He goes after the lowest hanging fruit in NYC, Del Monico’s. Wonder what are his qualifications are. Oh, I already mentioned it. He has a cell phone.

      Hi and thanks for your feedback.
      Regarding my qualifications when it comes to judging food quality in restaurants I have the following experience;
      - 25 years of working in the restaurant industry spanning from simpler outlets like Bistros and Brasseries to fine dining establishments with Michelin stars ratings
      - Teaching culinary arts in food academy’s focusing on sensorics, savory food, pastry, bakery & dining room serving
      In addition to that I have visited around 40 three star Michelin restaurants around the world and hundreds of 1 to 2 stars, as that is my hobby and I have learned alot from those experiences. Now critiquing food is of course very subjective and I have full understanding that other guests may see things different than me.
      I always welcome feedback so I suggest you look at some other reviews that I have made and see what you think. It is a new channel and I’m trying to improve the content along the way and yours and others feedback is very appreciated.
      Thanks
