@@IntenseBlue318 Cool! I bought my first rebuilt torque tube from them 10 years ago, and it's still going strong. Now my dad's 928 needs a torque tube and we thought about doing it ourselves, but after seeing your video, there was no way that was happening! :)

it was a bastard. and I wound up doing it again because the cheapo bearings from garage9 didn't fit properly.

@@DIYDanCars I wound up getting bearings and new vibration damper mounts from 928intl. They're definitely more stout than the original bearing mounts

IntenseBlue318 no lie! I’ll have to read the WSM so I can start feeling sorry for you. ;). Are those just standard tempkin/race type?
@@Dundertaker1 they are, but they have nylon sleeves pushed into the inner race too. Only seems to be one place (Jaeger engineering) that has them.
Make some work benches it will make this work so much more easy to undertake.
Sadly no room for that at the moment
