They would be crazy expensive. That's why you see anime figures that are 70 dollars and up. They're hand painted and even they don't get this treatment.

+Payton Lyda Thank you Payton, this means a lot! ^-^ I'm taking small sections of the hair and twirl them up till the roots when the hair is slightly damp and leave it to air-dry. :)

I tried this with water colours because I've seen others do it although didn't think it through so it bled and now spectra looks like a hot blue mess with no eyes no lips and no eyebrows ._.
Use less water.

online classes, use your own dolls, ect. there are a bunch of different ways
same! I have a few dolls I could practice on but I'm too afraid to mess them up and I have no supplies. I'm going to be 13 next year and I would recommend you try to use paper first and practice the face features and other stuff

+sofia alfaro Thank you! ^-^ I'm using watercolour pencils from Faber Castell and Derwent, soft pastels, acrylic paints, Tamiya Color gloss, various shimmer and glitters. :)
thanks! can i use nail polisho to the eye shine? or it will give me truble?
+sofia alfaro I wouldn't use nail polish, I'm not sure if they have ingredients that can damage the dolls and it wont be durable overall. You can check for other acrylic paint gloss if you can't find Tamiya Color, they sell in artist supply stores, I've seen even in the craft sections in malls.

How did you curl her hair to get it to curl and stay like that
I don't know how she did I it, but I've seen people curling dolls' hair by rolling them up and dipping it in hot water and letting it dry before removing the rollers.
The tip is fast temperature change. After leaving the doll's hair (curled, if you want it that way) in hot water for about 10 seconds, dip the hair in cold water for about 5. Her hair should stay perfectly! Maybe experiment with the times you leave it in, bc every doll is different :)
