Thanks Lauren & Jamin for letting us see your listening, it was great. I am just a dreamer, maybe I will get lucky on one of the big lottery’s. T hay’s a dream also. But I have to see the video from Cash, I just love his witty personality. Wouldn’t miss one.😊

FAB-U-LOUS!! If I had the money I would take that. Whomever did the staging has impeccable taste. Finally enough storage for all my things. Wow. The BEST showing ever on this channel.
Love your tour videos! The Apartment is stunning but the price is unbelievable, in a bad way! Unfortunately New York and other cities have out priced the average person! But it’s nice to see how the very wealthy love!
Hi Cash and to your wow this apartment is stunning. I like how she turned an old NYC warehouse into her own apartment. Sometimes that would be a great investment. I wish I can turn an old home into a loft apartment to rent for extra income. Still trying to find a regular job. Stay well and safe 👍😎🍀
I love this apartment style. Cannot believe it was a warehouse. And especially for the price offered, it is very roomy and very well lit. I have seen other apartments on different channels, and other websites, with the same price offered here and don't look as appetising as this one. I would have purchased this style if I had the money like this one.
Another real nice high end apartment with magnificent views that I could never afford! Great to see Jamin again, he's a really funny guy. Cash, I hope that you will still show us more affordable properties with Charles. I miss those.
I mean...how many people have DREAMED of a loft in NYC, like we've seen in so many movies and shows. 3 million dollars huh? Let me just go dig up all my gold......wait...
I love your videos as I’ve never been to NYC and through you I get to see so many diverse neighborhoods and what it costs to live in the great state of New York. 😊 I recently moved out of the Bay Area and sold our “humble” abode (1475 sq ft) for a mere $1.5 M
Maybe try to find a way to fit.a twin Murphy bed into one of the closets in that little office room, and then it could function as both an office/study, and accommodations for overnight guests.
I can't afford a house that is 20,000 or anything over 800 a month. That doesn't mean honest hard working people in other jobs and places can't afford more or less.
Yep! And, I found it too! "Brooklyn Toile Wallpaper was designed by Mike D (yeah, that Mike D), and the guys from Revolver New York. Honestly, we were already sold when we read that, but there’s more. Designed in the style of a classic French Country Toile, this wallpaper captures lots of things about Brooklyn: Coney Island, Hasidic Jews, pigeons, Notorious B.I.G. and subways in a modern, but classic way. And it also looks really good in a bathroom if the pictures from Mike D’s installation on the site are any indication".
I grew up in the Carolina's, Georgia, and Maryland. If I move to New York. I would move to New Jersey. It way cheaper than New York, and you can just compensate by taking a long commute.
@@ekim333Exactly. There’s no shortage of housing in New York. It’s *affordable* housing that’s in massive shortage. Most people, even on New York wages, can’t even dream of dropping the down payment for something like this let alone even qualify or hope to pay it off in their lifetimes. The biggest fear a lot of locals (rightfully) have is that NY is eventually just become a playground for the rich and everybody else will either have to commute in from outside or live 5 to a room to make ends meet. Super cool loft tho. Honestly my ideal place.
Gorgeous place, for sure. The owner is chuffed which is all that matters. Personally, if I was rolling in dough, NYC/state would be the last place where I would purchase my home. Things lookin' crazy. I'm looking forward to getting out of here even though I've lived here practically all of my life.
$2.8M? That's a GREAT price! This layout reminds me of a loft space of a friend of mine. The owner(s) have great tastes, IMHO! Those carpets in the bedrooms! Wow!!! I liked everything about this feature and tour--especially the price. Try as I might I have NO complaints and/or reservations about this one. Well... maybe the building's hallway can upscale a bit? Other than that, were I in the market I'd take it!
@@bonniepwtfI actually thought that was quite interesting. It still stands for that, in the city’s that still have off track betting anyways. NYC doesn’t have anymore off track betting. It’s too long of a story to get into as to why and if you are not a gambler it’s not that interesting.
Lovely unit, but $3M is a bit steep. The ‘hood looks very fancy and gentrified, quite a bit different from the nasty neighborhood there that made the Nightly News when I was a kid.
