They're not miming to the recorded version, the person who has made the video has accepted the fact that there is lots of footage to include and they are muting the footage and putting the original song on top :) Bastille are too good to mime ;)

They're not miming, they just used different clips and probably the sound wasn't that good when they recorded it plus they wanted to show all the footage and it would've sounded weird if they cut all of it together. And, if it was mimed at the actual performance, you would have heard it recorded from where the footage was taken, so it wouldn't have sounded so clear.
