$50 flight from NYC to Paris New USA Policy on Cancelled Flights

I was watching Wolter World’s video on this subject and it reminded me that back in 2017 I was able to able to fly from NYC JFK to Paris Charles De Gaulle for $50. YES $50 USD because of a similar policy in the EU.
