Not entirely comparable. I have a Kayron with 98% crit. He missed his critical 5 times in a row, on all 4 opponents in a row (because they were aoe), and never once countered. No, he was not at disadvantage, no they didn't have crit res, evade or anything applicable buffs or debuffs.
