I, my wife, and children were about 20 feet from Keith and Lyndsey as this unfolded. I watched as people were shot. There is no amount of money I wouldn’t pay to get that image out of my mind now. After seeing her photo, my wife immediately knew who she was because she was just on a case with her less than a month ago as opposing counsel (they are both attorneys). We saw as Keith was doing CPR to save her life, others were screaming in agony, yelling for help, first responders and officers running to aid people, and just being in absolute shock.
Physically my family was unharmed, but mentally it is going to be an uphill climb.
Keith, you and your beautiful children are in my thoughts every single minute of every hour. Every word you say about your beautiful wife Lyndsey is like hearing the words I would say about my dear, Elissa. It breaks my heart that you lost the love of your life to this senseless violence. I am so so very sorry.
Praying for him and his kids. Praying for everyone who was affected by this. Lord bless him he trying his best to speak Lord please help him 🙏.

Exactly, you can see him reliving this tragedy as he is telling his story. The media is horrible as well they will get a story no matter what the cost, smh.
I agree that he is deeply suffering. But, nowadays, it is important to have media attention so you get maximized action from law enforcement and the public to help quickly apprehend suspects.

He absolutely is & it was very insensitive of them to ask 4 an interview that damn long & that open 4 the public to see. They could've done it privately (unless he agreed to it).

I understand he was being honest w/his kids & wanted to be "the bigger person" but that's still too traumatic 4 them as well as him. Them being there proves nothing. 🙏 4 him & the entire incl his wife's mother, father, sisters and/or brothers bcuz they just lost someone as well.

You can tell he's completely traumatized. My grandmother died in my maternal uncle's arms. He was still in temporary shock, e en though she'd been in home-hospice for a couple of months. She was his everything.

It really & truly is. I'm in tears right now thinking about her mother & father who also lost their daughter, their child. What a ripple down effect.
It just broke my heart to hear the pain in this grieving man's heart. You can see the painful stress he's going through from the death of his wife, so would anyone expect him to speak of what he's going through? It's hard when you see a man cry, because they are taught from a child, that men don't cry because they are tough. This is so very foolish because they are human like anyone else. The young girl understands in her own way that her mother is not coming back, but the lil boy and baby girl will continue to look for and ask for their mom. I pray for the comfort that only God can give to this family at this time. I pray for the daily void that this family will have to endure, and the love and support doesn't stop once the funeral is over...because the road for this father and his children is just beginning. Thanks to Lyndsey for teaching/preparing her husband with the strength, love,support & ability to go on without her, that is what true love is all about. I agree, this was too soon for this interview, he is suffering from PTSD, and he will never get those images out of his head. I had to give my son CPR & I'm traumatized, losing a precious loved one after doing lifesaving measures is traumatic. I cried during your interview, you are a strong man. I know you will do the right thing and get grief counseling, for you the those beautiful babies. Grieve in your own way, it is a journey, having those beautiful babies will help ease the pain. Only but God can comfort you and give you peace. You did all you could do to save your wife, she is watching over you and the babies. Praying for you!!

They arrested one today I believe and he’s underage so we can’t find out his identity and the other arrested a few days ago was a 17 year old kid. This is absolutely heartbreaking! This is horrible, prayers for the husband and these precious children. I experienced this same situation, my mother was killed when my brother and I were young..I'm 53yrs old...was 3yrs old when she passed. Thank goodness for our Father and family members that helped with raising us.

God give him grace and strength to get through this. I remember my mom talking about how my grandfather got through the loss of my grandmother at a young age, leaving him as a single father of 6. Although the grief was unimaginable God got him through it and he lived 93 years to tell it. I know He will do the same for him and his family .
