I'm old school bought an N64 when they first came out, and it had this game included. I bought another one a week ago with an old tv included, and I swear this level is one of the harder ones only because of the shit graphics. This has really helped both with this and control.

I've just finished this level in 00 agent and it was a complete disaster. Almost every time I died it was in front of the lift, while opening it. It was so frustrating. I’m on jungle next, I managed to get through to Bunker 2 using my old 1997 skills but I have no idea how I managed to complete everything on 00 agent back in the day. Your videos are invaluable, didn’t think I’d ever get this far again lol. Feel like my young 007 skills are coming back. Thank you
Dude your tutorials have been amazing - everyone else on here lately is playing the new shit, I just took over where I left off on the 00 missions on N64. This level is brutal at the end if you don’t know what you’re doing. Thankfully I had enough health and made the mad dash for the door, with barely any to spare. I think no matter how many you kill, those guys keep repopulating, so it truly is the only way to win. I was so frustrated because I kept killing dudes behind boxes on either side of the cave and losing ammo and health. First time I tried your way, I win lol - thank you!
I didn’t realize proximity mines are triggered by drone guns as well as guards. Thats another strategy to take them out, Ive seen them used in a speed run

Actually that final drone gun CAN swivel- it's nailed me thoroughly before I could take it out several times, so can the one right after the bridge if you don't shoot it as soon as you see it.
So the drone gun after the Xenia bridge & the one past the ammo dump can swivel? Are you sure? The final one past the ammo dump is on a 4 legged stand so I'm noy sure if it can swivel. Either way with my strats you shoulder have to worry about that. You shouldn't cross the Xenia bridge until you've killed her which should give you ample time to kill that drone gun. The last drone gun you're mentioning can easily be taken out from behind if you go up the ladder.

Turn op the contrast on your tv, make it light, then you can see something, when you move forward, the tip of the assault rifle will move when there are enemies. Xenia, just step back and let Natalya do the work

this mission is easy if you just shoot to attract them and let them come into a choke point. know the drone guns and you'll be fine. also the boss in the bridge, just use a mine near the bridge then blow when she comes on and let natalya shoot her. also loons don't effing live in the jungle
I'm wondering if I'm remembering something wrong. Back in the day playing Goldeneye N64, I remember once you completed the game and got 007 status on your folder. That there was one challenge left for each mission. In that you had to beat each mission within a certain time. As I remember playing over and over again trying to beat each mission within a certain time. As I spent a year trying to beat all of them to complete the game. Anyways, I've got three check marks for each mission and have 007 on my folder. And I see a "007" mission open up that lets you adjust how much damage it takes to kill a bad guy, etc. But I can't find where these timed trials are at. Am I just remembering that wrong? Or is there a way to unlock it where you have to beat each mission within a certain time? I've searched around Google and can't find anything.
That's how you unlock the cheats. Every mission has 1 timed cheat to unlock. Some are on Agent, some Secret and some 00 Agent. You'll now that it's the right level when it says ''Target Time: ____" at the end of the mission. Or you could just google which missions have the cheats available.
man i have one of those garbage av to hdmi upscaler boxes and it somehow makes jungle even harder to play. all the dark bits just get turned jet black so its just darkness and the color of a rotting turd that managed to get stuck up in the water tank
Is there some trick to dealing with the crate-firing-line at the end there? They just keep coming and coming. It’s like the frat party when your mum shows up.
The visibility in this level is abysmal and ramps up the difficulty, that and the fight with xenia make this the 3rd hardest mission and in my opinion 2nd most annoying Beyond control

Worst level in the game! They should've just cut this level if the only way they could have it was to use texture hiding fog that makes it so you can't see anything without adjusting the brightness!

Growing up with graphics like this, makes me appreciate the games my son plays. The struggle was real back then, and we loved it!!
This is good tho compared to NES or even worse Atari games this was great graphics at the time but yea PS5 etc can’t compare

yep they spawn infinitely at the end, kinda. they'll keep respawning the guys you kill in that section.

That green fog/mist has been the biggest issue for me other than the drone guns, difficult to see ahead from around a tree at times.

I didnt take much if any health damage and only used 1 armor, but i crouched and went super slow!

@@nokiot9 Just run, not point in even bothering with them. Run to the elevator, use the RCP90 and shoot whatever is infront of you.
I usually Use some of the mines to finish Xenia. I noticed you did not use them at All.

What a garbage walkthrough. When I run to the door at the last part, the door doesn't open and Natalya dies. What an absolutely trash level.
