Looking nice! Question: We have a small concrete pad and walkway by our garage at our cottage which needs cleaning from time to time. Most of the grime is due to the oak trees on the property and I was curious if I could get away with a swing machine and a brush attachment. Will the brush be enough, or should I go for a pad? - My machine is an older Clarke Floor Maintainer FM-17 with the original wood brush.
I dont think my concrete basement floor was sealed, its so freakin dusty. What machine do i rent to wash it well enough to seal and put flooring over the concrete
A rotary with a 120 carbide brush would speed things up dramatically. Not a fan of the oscillating machines on hard floors not aggressive enough. I have Titan 575 but would only use for the last rinse with sx15 A good wet vac works great 👍
Nice work! I have been trying to mop my floor on my hands and knees! Seeing how clean your floor can get I am a long way off!
My basement needs this !

Great new service
What’s the name of that vacuum device?
What type of wand are you using for this floor or what is the brand name? It looks pretty nice, quality-wise.

Good job

Buy yourself a splash guard for your machine. It will prevent that.

A wet vac with a front squeegee would be a lot faster and save on their arms. I am old I like doing things easier.
Thats crazy
I was thinking 4 to 6 hours easy.... $$$$ at least 4 figures
