Always interesting to hear what the Filipinos have to say and in fact how they really don't have a clue about other cultures or other countries the behavior and challenges that might be with example a European or Arab or others that in fact really would probably not be an easy match, LOL basing their desire on movies or other things that are not even relevant
What a great comment, Scot. You hit it on the nail. I like to add to your comment. I’ve spent 90% of my life traveling around the world and it’s pretty much the same with all cultures. They get there info about other cultures through media. I remembered as a 6yr old child stepping on the shores of the United States thinking all of the people in America were Cowboys and Indians. And somehow I was going to meet John Wayne. Base on the fact my father was a big fan of John Wayne movies. And that’s what I saw as a child before I moved to the USA lol
Yeah, lots of Filipinos In Montreal, Toronto And Vancouver. Those are the only 3 cities visited. I’ll do another video next week and see if anyone mentions Canadians. I don’t prompt them on what to say. They are just random girls on the streets hehe.
I can remember many many years ago when women in America were bright eyed , feminine, sweet, shy and bashful like these young ladies here in your video. Those days are long gone now.😕

Thanks for watching our video. My best friend who asked me to visit the Philippines 16yrs ago is a phil/am. he came back to the Philippines and found himself a beautiful Filipino wife. I’m sure you will too.
I have a somewhat akward question but many times vloggers interview Filipinos on the street but are they given any financial compensation for their time and coöperation? I think it would be fair to hand them over some money.
Lol, I’m sure there’s plenty of girls who will love Australians. I’ll make another video and I won’t stop until someone says Australia hehe Thanks for joining us PIKL
Australians are not as well known as US in the Southern Philippines. Maybe because we are not exposed to Australian movies. Its a different story in the North sepcially north of Manila
The Europeans are too intelligent and philosophical. So they'll get bored, especially the Scandinavians and the Swiss. The safest would be the Americans, same level of intelligence, perfect match.
I live in Manila but I'm from Surigao del Sur, it's in the eastern coast of Mindanao under the CARAGA region. I've been to Dumaguete before; well it's been years already but I remember it as a cool and lovely place.
I have a feeling they will love you guys too. If you saw my video the green card. All the girls here are just looking for love, respect, compassion, and security. Just like any women in the world.
They do like Americans…it’s just us Americans think we’re the best in everything. And that attitude has soured some of the Filipinos/Filipinas. And I don’t blame them…
@@SAMLAMB I agree. arrogance and lack of good education, but enough money to travel makes for bad PR for the US. The ugly American has plagued us for decades. Hey Americans... stay home until you have enough humility to treat foreigners with respect and courtesy. Learn about the history of the country you are visiting. Learn the language... even if only a little. And don't spread your political ideas before your courtesy. Prove you know and respect the culture you are visiting before you go. Speaking as someone who has visited Asia 12 times... Americans are not "the best" at much of anything at this time. We used to be, but not now. Lets be the best at courtesy and respect.
I’m not sure about that Ian. None of these girls were prompt to say which race is white. Unless you consider, Arabs, Koreans, Americans and all Europeans as white….
American? This I do not get. Europeans mostly (not allways!) are by far more educated and familiar with culture. No fast food, much experience with other cultures and languages, by far better living conditions.
I did two videos on this. And I believe the winner was the Koreans. Has nothing the do with education or culture. My opinion on this. the younger generation are being influenced by the media and right now KPop is very popular in many parts of the Philippines.
lol…they still do lol…I know we just came out of COVID situation…wearing a mask has become normal for a lot of these college kids. Some wear it because they did not put make up on that day or if they got a pimple lol…I think one of the girls said that to RAZEL before the interview lol…going almost two years since traveling ban , I still see them wearing it.

Or just Asians in general
Thank you
I’ll take the one with the Mask!
Good call, but they are all beautiful…
It's nice that you put the subtitles in the video but you need to leave them there long enough so someone can read them.
I’m looking for help here. I use iMovie on my iPad to edit. It doesn’t give you a longer lead time on the subtitles. Do you know of a app or the trick to make it last longer on the iMovie app…normally I will only use 4 words per second and that’s for English. Since she was speaking Visaya we had to translate one sentence per second.
Haha yeah John Wayne and the good old days, reminds me of the sixties and drive-in movies, in our 56 Merc wagon
I’m right there with you…my dad had a station wagon and he would take my mom, sis and I to the drive-in in Georgia and Florida
...well, that's great...
Thanks Bangbang
so then i wonder if there are many Korean / Filipina couples in Dumaguete ? it would be an interesting interview
Sure would be. But I see most of that in Angeles City and malate Manila
You never mention Canada . But say USA . . Canadian are there too in Philippines 🍁🇨🇦💯🤜🤛lots Filipino in Canada .hehe
Yeah, lots of Filipinos In Montreal, Toronto And Vancouver. Those are the only 3 cities visited. I’ll do another video next week and see if anyone mentions Canadians. I don’t prompt them on what to say. They are just random girls on the streets hehe.
Winnipeg has had a big Filipino population dating back to the 1970s
Wow, I didn’t know that. Thanks for the info. I’ll be sure to mention that in the future videos. I will do another one next month on the Girls
I know it’s not related to the video topic but do you know are there any good Bjj, Muay Thai or Krav Maga schools there?
Wow, I really don’t know. I’ve seen some Marshall arts students roaming the people’s park on weekends. Lots of students…I mean 100’s…
Dumaguete Arnis Association. DUMAA Kuya Ike is already decades active with Martial Arts
Thank you for the info, Kayak cobber

@@SAMLAMB great 👍
I can remember many many years ago when women in America were bright eyed , feminine, sweet, shy and bashful like these young ladies here in your video. Those days are long gone now.😕
That’s why I’m here in the Philippines, Global. I wouldn’t trade it for the world…it’s my life and I chose to live in the past…

Red planet turtle 🐢 necklace
I’m glad you noticed the Turtle lol. I bought 5 different colors of turtle necklaces at the Red Planet hotel. in support of the SeaMonkeyProject. The plastic are collected from rivers, ocean and restaurants. Then melted and molded into sea turtle necklaces. Thank you Mo for joining our channel. You have a great day.
Nice. I’m Filipino American. Im hoping to find a nice wife.
That sounds fair to me…
Nobody said Australia. sad now. Maybe I go to Thailand instead. hehe
@@angelogumnad8206 Is it safe for me to go to the north?
@@angelogumnad8206 that’s a thought. Never thought of that Angelo. Great comment

Girls of Drama - Guete 😅
Love this comment.
shannon is probably hot and sweet
Lol
The Europeans are too intelligent and philosophical. So they'll get bored, especially the Scandinavians and the Swiss. The safest would be the Americans, same level of intelligence, perfect match.
I like the comment. There’s some truth to that…thank you for joining in with our channel, Eduardo.
How were you allowed to do that?
My Filipina girlfriend would never
stand for that
Lol, not sure what you are talking about?
Old Billy try to eat young grass
Lol

Lol
Part 2 will be posted in 24hrs hahaha…
I live in Manila but I'm from Surigao del Sur, it's in the eastern coast of Mindanao under the CARAGA region. I've been to Dumaguete before; well it's been years already but I remember it as a cool and lovely place.
@@StormLuna-zz2iv I’ve only been to Surigao once. Maybe 7yrs ago. Only there for 3days. Stayed at the waterfront. Nice place to visit.
Wla diay labot ang pinoy na retired gikan U.S? lol
I have a feeling they will love you guys too. If you saw my video the green card. All the girls here are just looking for love, respect, compassion, and security. Just like any women in the world.
I'm single in Quezon City ladies. I'm available!
Thanks for joining us Joe. I’ll get the word out lol
Why don’t they like Americans? :(
They do like Americans…it’s just us Americans think we’re the best in everything.
Ask them. What race will they date? They will all say white.
When asked which country they would prefer a foreign boyfriend to be from a couple of them said Korea. Did you actually watch the video?
I’m not sure about that Ian. None of these girls were prompt to say which race is white. Unless you consider, Arabs, Koreans, Americans and all Europeans as white….
They ill date any race which has enough money.
@@SAMLAMB a very peaceful kind answer. Thx.
this is why thailand was my choice ..sorry but no thankyou let the old expats have them ,
Hehe. You know, theirs many beautiful girls in Philippines. Thanks for checking out my channel. Be safe and have a great day Russian.
surgical masks are a good thing sometimes eh
I agree…
Good because we dont like pedo or pervert come to Philippines.
Budget old expats 1500$ size pension, in attempt to reconstruct the life style they had to abandon in the US, due to super inflation.
Who wears a mask and does a video?
lol…they still do lol…I know we just came out of COVID situation…wearing a mask has become normal for a lot of these college kids. Some wear it because they did not put make up on that day or if they got a pimple lol…I think one of the girls said that to RAZEL before the interview lol…going almost two years since traveling ban , I still see them wearing it.
What would your parents say if you were dating a foreigner? "YES! Now we don't have to work anymore!"
lol. Love the comment home base.. thanks for joining us. You have a great day.
